I spoke with Tony on a Friday and he was able to fit me in on a Wednesday of the following week (Memorial Day weekend) and the car was completed early Thursday morning. Tony was extremely knowledgable going over each component and the steps they would take to install/repair while keeping my bottom line in mind. Tony even dissuaded me from respraying the front bumper cover (didn't need it anyway since the winglets would cover the small rock chips and the labor cost to dismantle and reinstall would be high) as well as not going the route of replacing/painting a totally new trim piece. I am ridiculously meticulous with my car and Coastal truly exceeded all my expectations especially on their workmanship, professionalism, communication and overall cost. I expected the job to be a lot more $$ for what they accomplished - the price was lower than the estimate. Tony is a straight shooter and his honesty and transparency is refreshing. I did not have any paint work or blending done but in my mind, I would not hesitate at all to return to Coastal for any of my vehicle's bodywork/painting or custom installation needs. They got all of the rust and dents out and did a meticulous scan of the car to check for mechanical issues. My passenger side looks better than new--fresh paint that matches the rest of the car, and very shiny! They also vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of the car, which was extremely nice! I left a message on the weekend and got a call at 8am on Monday to make an appointment. Very responsive and easy to deal with on the phone. We had a brief discussion about my brakes. I told him it was the first brake job I had gotten on this vehicle. It barely had 40k miles. I was expecting brake pads all around. Maybe a few hundred dollars max. When I showed up to pick up my car, they dropped a bill for $1000 dollars in front of me and told me my rear brakes were seized (flat out lie) and that I needed new rotors all the way around. They went ahead and did it without ever calling me. I was furious. I'm 100% certain my rotors were just fine. I just needed new pads and the rotors turned. Then after I left I checked my credit card. They charged me 2 separate times. One for the bill they gave me at $943.23 and then a second charge for $503.23. I was beside myself angry when I left there before even discovering the second charge for over $500 so as you can imagine, my blood pressure was through the roof. Luckily I used a credit card and not a debit card so I can dispute the second charge. I'll never understand why these mechanics pull stuff like this. Why would you do this to a customer? This is flat out theft and stealing money from people. Update 11/26/22 4 days after picking car up from them. I just checked my credit card statement. They credited my account $ 943.23. I was dreading having to go back and forth with them to get this fixed so this was a huge relief.

I purchased a Ram 1500 without being on-site and relied on live videos and service records, trusting the salesman Harry's word. After placing a $5,000 deposit, they sent me a purchase contract through the mail to sign. However, I noticed discrepancies in the contract and couldn't sign it. They agreed to fix a few things, but those changes were not included in the contract. When I reached out to resolve this, it suddenly became difficult to reach Harry or get any answers. A couple of weeks went by, and I still had no idea what was going on. Then, I started receiving calls and emails from Ally congratulating me on the truck I had purchased, along with details about the payment amount and first payment date. I was confused--how could a loan be finalized when I hadn't signed the purchase contract? The loan forms should not have been submitted without a signed contract. The GM, Jimmy, got involved and promised to fix the situation after I decided to back out of the deal. I questioned how I could have a loan payment without having signed the purchase contract or received the truck. Jimmy convinced me not to rescind the deal, assuring me he would take care of everything: get the repairs done, revise the contract, and assist in getting the truck ready for delivery. I accepted. When the truck finally arrived, it had several issues: the check engine light was on, there was a missing floormat, the running boards were noisy and loose, and there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I immediately notified Jimmy, who agreed to address the check engine light issue and send new floormats. After three weeks of waiting, I finally received a check to cover the check engine light repair, despite being told multiple times that a check was sent via overnight mail. All of this turned out to be untrue. Three months later, I still have not received the floormats that Jimmy promised. On several occasions, he lied by saying they had been sent and that I should receive them soon. I asked for a tracking number but never heard back from him. Due to these experiences, I cannot recommend this dealership.
