I ended up here after being part of a hit and run in Boston and needing to get my rear bumper fixed. My partner looked up places in the area with good reviews and landed on C & F Auto Body. This was our first time here, and they are the epitome of small and mighty. They're on a tight little road, and you enter through the side door to the left. The shop is tiny, however, they do a lot with the space. We met Roger, who has such a warm demeanor. He listened to what I needed to get done, walked outside with me to look at the car, and then went over what he needed to do with my insurance. I told him I didn't have a rental and needed my car back by a specific date so I could drive into work, and they were able to get it done for me. They also kept me updated on the status, and if I called with a question, they were able to check for me without ever making me feel like I was bothering them. I also needed a little touch-up on the paint, and they took care of that too. When I got my car back, they had even done a little cleanup and maintenance on it. It looked so new! They mentioned they're planning to expand the shop soon, and I really hope they have all the success. Pricing seemed very reasonable too. They are the best, and this will definitely be my go-to shop for anything with my car. Overall Service: Roger and Cindy were super warm and friendly, and I really appreciated how they worked with me. read more

The people that work here are kind and courteous from the very beginning. Brought my daughter's truck here for a large rust spot in a difficult to reach area, and I am highly impressed with the level of workmanship and rapid turnaround time. First, ever since the outbreak timing is obviously pushed back so I won't rate them for time. However, this shop is HIGHLY recommended just because of their work ethic & their determination to completing their cars as quick, yet diligent, as possible. They care about their customers & they know what to do for their clients. They did NOT fail to impress me. I loved to say that Giselle & Valmir has taken care of me very well. They're the best and I will love to tell others to come here immediately if they're needed for any repairs, minor or major, regardless they're great and underrated. Location looks iffy but they're very great & nice people. Don't hesitate to call them, they work like professionals. Give'em a try whenever you get the chance. read more

I brought my 2012 Acura TSX here after an accident and hands down Rogger and his guys are the best. My car came out looking like it was brand new from the dealership. Not only did the repairs come out amazing they also cleaned inside and out of the car, which is a big deal for me. They even helped get my sons car seat out of the rental and into my car. Very nice people here and they do great work. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Rogger and your guys! read more

Great group of guys. Hole in a wall type bodyshop. But damm I have to say it's a hidden gem. These guys go above and beyond working on your car. I had passenger side door replace after I was struck by a F150 Ford. Had to say it came out like brand new. Paint match up great. I spoke to Rodger if he can buff out my front headlights. And that was done the following week free of charge. Overall, this is a go two place for any accident insurance claim or just for detailing . Ask for Rodger he's the owner and I believe also a painter. Highly recommend. read more

After someone hit and run on my car in a parking lot, I started to search for a good auto body. C & F Custom Frame pop up when I googled search. Reading their good reviews was good enough for me to at least go and dropped in the place. The shop is located in a small street and could easily be missed. When I got there I was greeted by Roger who was very friendly and he answered all my questions. I used to work in a auto body shop for 1 year so I know what to ask and look for. Let me tell you, Roger definitely know his stuff. The way he worked is not one them half ass job like Macco does. I handed my keys with confidence that Roger with will do a good job. A week later my car was done and I was like WOW! They didn't just do a good job, they did a fantastic job! My car looked brand new just like I bought it when it was 0 mileage. What I like about C & F is that they do a full detail inside out on every car they worked on. Most auto body don't even do this. For me it's a plus and very appreciate it. I definitely recommend C & F to any body who look for a high quality auto body shop. read more

I brought my car here after a bad experience with another auto body that wanted to total my car. I have an old Honda Accord 2004 with 280K miles. I spoke to Roger who is honestly just the MAN! First, he looked at the damage and said he can fix it without totaling it. I had some rust/accident damage around the panel over the back tire. The other auto body shop refused to fix it without replacing the entire thing essentially totaling it. Roger used a spare junk yard part to fix just the damaged area and made the entire thing look brand new! Not only that, he made some suggestions on how to make my car run like it was new. Replaced the brakes, did an oil change, even practically steam cleaned the interior for free! I was nervous when I was getting my car back because I thought maybe it would look like cheap repair work but it was FLAWLESS! And my car is running like it never has before. Beyond that, Roger was a super down to earth, honest, funny and friendly person to work with the entire time. He called to give me regular updates on my car which was appreciated and seemed very happy to have me as a customer. Oh and for the extra work, brakes, oil change, etc, he found the absolute best price, showed me comparisons and charged me the lowest price. Lastly, because I wanted to pay cash, he even offered to let me take my car and bring the cash when the bank was open the next day. I ended up finding a way to pay him that same night. Bottom line: Roger is my new go-to mechanics after my one experience. Do yourself a favor and bring your car to these guys, they do perfect auto body work (also judging by the other cars I saw fixed there too) and they are a great group of people. read more
