This business engages in predatory towing practices and invented false reasons to keep my car…read moreimpounded. What Happened: - Lack of legal standing: They towed my vehicle without a valid legal reason. - Tries to negotiate: They tried to bargain with me because they knew the tow was illegal. - Endless excuses: They kept calling back with new, fake concerns after you already proved their previous reasons wrong. - Stalled release: They would tell the attendee to release my car, then make up a new excuse moments later to keep holding it. All of which occurred after I waived their tow truck driver down to let him know I had already notified a tow company and that company already had a driver in route, due to me facing mechanical issues. This driver waited until I left my vehicle to call the repair shop it was being towed to and loaded my car illegally. In state of Massachusetts a second tow company cannot intervene with a first tow companies work. It is illegal!!

Chris towed my Mom's car out of the parking lot, he put her into the cab of his truck to warm up, calmed her down (not an easy task) and told her what roads were safe to travel on to get home. When my mom tried to tip him, he refused . He only asked that my mom write a letter to our town manager asking to keep up the "Tow Drunk to Drive" program that he and the CPD do for free during the holiday season.
