We called Pat's Towing Co to come out and do a tire patch, and that were told it would cost $125. While the tech was kind and professional, the patch unfortunately failed half a mile down the highway. We called the next morning to ask about a refund, and were told the manager was occupied but that he would call us back in a few minutes. We left our information, but after an hour of not having received a call we called back. Declined. We called back multiple times over the upcoming days. They never answered our phone call, nor made any attempt to reach out to us on their own.

They've always treated me well, and Dana's always been very communicative about all Aspects of my Car's Health without being condescending or short, which is awesome. The last time I called on'm, Dana himself met me with my Car for a Tow back to his Shop, picking me up after my Car'd died as I left the SuperMarket...And when I was faced with the logistical nightmare of transporting the Groceries to my Apartment, he actually drove me over there, and handed the Groceries down to me in front of my front door!! To my surprise, Mike said he had the same Platinum AGM battery with 3 year warranty in his truck! The price was only a little higher than the local auto retailer AND he "quickly" installed it right then and there! Was well worth it! Will request Mike the next time we require roadside assistance. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove my EZ Pass Transponder. When I remembered to cancel my EZ Pass Account, I discovered my Transponder was actually in use. I was more flustered that my child was inside without anyone and felt scared for her (she was fine!) I called Superior Towing, got an answer right away, was told they would be to us in 10 minutes (she was here quicker than that) and she unlocked the truck right away. I know she could hear the tears coming on the other end of the phone when I called, and she reassured me she would be right on the way. We are from a different area in NH, but I will recommend this company to anyone I know that may need it in this area, they made a very high stressful situation so much easier, smoother, and worry-free.
