After figuring out the location of my vehicle, I arrived to find it sitting behind a dumpster amongst other vehicles. Thing was pissing red oil on the lawn and on the garage as well as the stereo blasting on full playing some shitty nickleback song. Couple of cracks and dents plus a flat tire full with nails. Blowing smoke out the car and my ears. I rushed back in to inform the two men sitting on their ass to give me my actual car. I had a flat tire and went through AAA to get it replaced. They sent me a truck through Morgan's towing, and AAA kept up with updates on when they should arrive. When it was time for the truck to arrive, the AAA tracking stopped but there was no tow truck outside. I was at work, inside the building, and my boss came to tell me she saw the tow truck pulling out as she was pulling in, but that my tire was not changed. There was no call or message made to me when they arrived or left, and no reason why they did leave. I called Morgan's towing to see what was going on, and the worker was very short with me on the phone, told me someone would be back in a half hour, and hung up on me. The tow truck did come back and change the tire quickly, but the process leading up to that was ridiculous. From the time I started the AAA request to the time the tire was actually changed was little over 3 hours. read more

Waited 2 hours AAA call. Police finally called and Morgan stated they couldn't find us. We were blocking the entrance to McDonald's and 125 in Epping with full police lights!! My ball joint snapped!! No way they could of missed us. After he got the car on the bed he stated they never got a call from AAA. We have text proof. Now that it was already on the bed he could drop it there and still be charged or tow. Well over 3 hours in 20 degree weather we had no choice to tow. We told them where to put it and they placed it in the wrong spot!! I now have to call another tow because my ball joint snapped and the mechanic not get to where he needs to because of were they placed it. 228$ for a 2 mile tow. We are fighting and have police statements as well and AAA's. We also have come to find out this is something they have done multiple times. read more

When you hear about shitty tow companies, these are the people they are talking about. This shitbag along with Epping NH SHERIFF'S department conspired to commit fraud yesterday when our vehicle broke down. We called AAA to have the vehicle towed home, Morgan towing got the call, claimed to not have a truck to make the tow. AAA immediately called me back to inform us that they were looking for another company to take the vehicle. As I was always told by my father, if you brakedown as a courtesy to the local pd( in this case the sheriff) we called to let them know AAA was coming for it, they informed us that they had to tow it. They did not have to , it was not causing any obstruction and no one had come to the scene to see said vehicle. 15 minutes later the police tow shows up, bet you can't guess which company? MORGAN'S TOWING At this point I was back on the phone with AAA who was absolutely besides themselves at the situation, apologized profusely and sent another company to pick up the car at morgans towing. The new company called me to inform me that morgans will not release the vehicle as there are charges on the vehicle for the police tow. Long story short, the car is now back where it belongs thanks to the wonderful people at AAA and unique towing with no added charges. So it is plain as day to me that these two entities in Epping NH are conspiring to fraud AAA their customers and the public at large. I would suggest that if you ever breakdown in epping call AAA, tell them you want unique towing or premier towing both of whom were extremely helpful and under no circumstances call the pd as they will probably do the same to you as they did to me. My battery went dead and of course it had to be on a very busy day while I was preparing for overnight guests.
