So I went in. Two hours later, the deal wasn't sweeter. It was $5,000 worse. After I'm already there, already invested, already waiting... they knocked $5,000 off my trade value. Not a little adjustment. Not "hey we found something." Five thousand dollars. The only thing that got sweetened was their margin. The whole experience felt like old-school pressure tactics: stall, wear you down, change the terms, act surprised when you don't smile and sign. I was also told multiple things by Joe that didn't match what we had already agreed to online, which made it hard to trust anything being said. What's wild is they still expected me to accept a deal that got $5k worse after I showed up. That's not negotiating. That's bait-and-switch energy. I walked. I went to another local Toyota dealer and got a deal $1,000 better than the original quote from this dealer -- and the entire experience was smoother, more transparent, and more respectful. I'll be a customer at Toyota in Dover going forward. I will never do business with this dealer in Epping.

It took over 4 hours to complete, which had me a little concerned. Upon leaving, within less than 10 miles, one of the tires exploded from the RIM side, out. They over stretched the tires, CAUSING the blowout. After having AAA tow the truck to their shop, I had to swap over tires from another vehicle of mine in their parking lot. I was told they'll look into what happened. After a week, I am now told every new tire they installed was damaged and they aren't responsible for the damage, the near accident on 101, and are not going to replace anything they damaged. I was at work, inside the building, and my boss came to tell me she saw the tow truck pulling out as she was pulling in, but that my tire was not changed. I called Morgan's towing to see what was going on, and the worker was very short with me on the phone, told me someone would be back in a half hour, and hung up on me. The tow truck did come back and change the tire quickly, but the process leading up to that was ridiculous.
