Blowing smoke out the car and my ears. I rushed back in to inform the two men sitting on their ass to give me my actual car. Place is a shithole run by the two characters from dumb and dumber.

When it was time for the truck to arrive, the AAA tracking stopped but there was no tow truck outside. I was at work, inside the building, and my boss came to tell me she saw the tow truck pulling out as she was pulling in, but that my tire was not changed. There was no call or message made to me when they arrived or left, and no reason why they did leave. I called Morgan's towing to see what was going on, and the worker was very short with me on the phone, told me someone would be back in a half hour, and hung up on me. The tow truck did come back and change the tire quickly, but the process leading up to that was ridiculous. From the time I started the AAA request to the time the tire was actually changed was little over 3 hours.
