We had a sudden need for a ramp truck to transfer an 11,300lb piece of equipment from a flat bed truck to the ground. After several calls to towing companies, I found Duval's number and reached out to them. I expected them to say which day like the other companies but to my surprise, they told me they could be at my facility in less than two hours. Duval's was a savior as my daughter accidentally backed out a driveway and across a drain ditch on the opposite side of the road due to the rain storm and lack of visibility at night. My daughter had her VW wagon straddling this large drainage ditch (~3 feet high by 4 feet wide) between the front of the car and fender and the rear. They took the time to carefully pull it up and forward via the passenger front wheel with straps until they could then access the front underside to continue to slowly pull it out. This was across approximately a 4 foot long, 3 foot high grass storm drain between a front lawn and road and they were able to do it without causing any damage to the wheel, front of the car and underside. called for a tow , explained I had a lowered car and needed a truck with duleys . had a AAA agent also explain to them what I needed. they agreed . then the driver comes out and starts lowering the ramp, and I was concerned and asked the driver why he wasn't using Duleys and he said no that's 300 bucks for that I said I don't have a problem paying more than the 200 I said I need to call the dispatch first to get it squared away. as I was on the phone with her the driver comes out and just leaves and was upset I even asked for duleys. obvious miscommunication between the dispatch and driver but now I'm stuck out her ex waiting for a 3rd tow truck . no one yelled at your driver . no one got out of line except your driver. then dispatch yells at me saying they won't serve me as if I did something wrong. utterly ridiculous. You literally just told me on the phone you can accommodate my request. Not only that, they called the cops out on me when she said they refused service. This is the most unprofessional service, not just towing, i have ever seen. The dispatcher should be ashamed. Deer ran out in front of my car today. Called Duval towing to pull my car back onto pavement and tow 2 miles to my house. wanted $500.00 for tow without even seeing it. Told her not interested in having them do it. She called goffstown police immediately to report me. Had Skiff's towing out of Bedford pick the car up. Was a bit more work than I thought to get the car out yet the bill was only $325.00 and I didn't have to deal .with that awful receptionest at Duvals.Stay away! call someone else. read more

This is the absolute BEST towing service I have ever done business with. I had to call them when another towing company refused to assist me because my truck was not on pavement so apparently the driver couldn't do anything. But I'm glad because I would rather have paid Duval anyhow!! Their vehicles are brand new, their driver was awesome and extremely helpful and I recommend this company highly! Awesome experience today with Duval's, Spencer came out to run my 1 ton van from Chelmsford up to the dealership in Manchester. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They even gave me a ride back up with my truck. They are a family owned and operated business too! Hopefully I don't need a tow often but I will use them every time. read more
