The car was towed there, I was given a quote and they started the job as soon as we accepted the quote. He kept us informed of the progress the entire way. He was on time with everything. When we went to pick the car up, my daughter almost cried because she could not believe how wonderful they did. Her windshield was completely smashed so she had a lot of glass in the car, they completely vacuumed the car and even all of the air vents to get as much glass as possible and then even took it to the car wash before we picked it up. Any future body work that I need, I will always go to MidCity. Everywhere else I was told it would be at least $2,000 more than what David charged.

They think they can charge what ever they want and it seems like the state police have given them the idea they can unfortunately. My car was towed and kept at their shop in Bow for 5 days before I was able to get there to pick it up. when I got there I was told that it was going to cost me upwards of $1000 which is absolutely ridiculous for a 13 mile one way tow and storage in their giant half empty parking lot. Then I was told that I couldn't get any of my belongings out of it until it was paid in full. Long story short couldn't get to work without my car and at $85 per day storage fee the price was rising.
