I was told that the spark plug in cylinder 2 needed to be replaced and that, since the engine was already being accessed, all six spark plugs should be replaced. Trusting the mechanic's professional judgment and wanting to properly maintain my vehicle, I agreed. The repair did not resolve the issue and returned the following day. I was told the engine would need to be taken apart. At that point, I declined further work and decided to take the vehicle to the dealership, as it is a relatively new used vehicle (44,000 miles) and I no longer felt confident after being told the issue had been fixed when it had not. I also overheard one of the shop's employees state that "every vehicle fixed in the shop the day before was back the next day." The dealership just informed me that no spark plugs or coils were replaced and that all components are original. I am blown away right now. Based on this information, I will be pursuing this matter through the various agencies.

Their mechanics are great, their prices are reasonable, and best of all, they are scrupulously honest. I brought my car in for a brake inspection after riding the emergency brake on the highway for several miles. Mark checked out my car, found that the brakes were fine, and didn't even charge for his time. My insurance company sent this service after getting stuck along my driveway in snow. The…read moretechnician arrived, but told me he did not have the right equipment to get me out, instead he said he'd return the following day. The following day he called my wife to give her an estimate after claiming my insurance company was taking too long to approve the charges. What he was asking for is $850 to pull out an SUV, that amount sounds as if an 18 wheeler was involved. In what seemed like an effort to get me to pay out of pocket in a hurry, they told me they wanted to get the vehicle pulled before the next storm. Off course, typical insurance speed, they took forever to approve thw charges, but I was glad in the end they did. I reluctantly gave the wrecker service a go ahead, to which the jumped to ask to process payment before they even gave me an eta. I refused to buy that, and later retracted my ask for help. The charge seemed extraordinarily high, and sure it was! I reached to my insurance one more time, and they finally sent a better deal for me...it didn't take 15 minutes to be pulled out, and for only $100, which insurance paid. In the meantime Mitchell's called asking for permission to send a technician to ge me pulled during my absence. No thank you Mitchel!

To my surprise, Mike said he had the same Platinum AGM battery with 3 year warranty in his truck!
