I understand that doing this job they must deal with some complete A-holes but we simple are not that. Our vehicle got towed out of a miscommunication, and we simply needed to know how to retrieve it. Instead of having proper communication and customer service we felt harassed and belittled. Cold weather by now. Car won't start. Called AAA, Shaheens came out said all is well but battery is bad. Called AAA and asked how a 6 month old battery can go bad so fast. I was told to go to a mechanic and have the battery checked and send printout to them to verify it is actually the battery that is at fault. Not doing this. They should have relied on techs report of good charging system but bad battery. So I am buying a new battery today. No problem I am also not renewing with AAA ever again. By the way the battery that was installed was not even the correct cranking amps for my car.

We waited on another tow company for 5 days and finally they said they couldn't move it. Coady's made some calls and coordinated with another company and found equipment to get the job done. Shout out to John Kelly for knowing what to do and efficiently getting the job done the day after we contacted them. They lifted our 5th wheel and placed it on a special dolly so we could get it to the repair shop. Then at the repair shop they lifted it again and took out the dolly and placed it back on its 3 wheels. The cost for all that work was very reasonable! Coady's is amazing! These people utterly destroyed my vehicle -- it came back wrecked, scraped, and practically gutted. Parts were straight-up stolen off it, like they picked it apart for scraps. There is no excuse for what they did. They're careless, dishonest, and act like they can treat customers' property however they want. Every conversation was dripping with attitude and zero accountability. They knew exactly what they did and couldn't care less. This company is a nightmare -- unprofessional, reckless, and downright shady. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, never mind a car. I had a terrible experience with the Mazda dealership in Lowell when they told me my car looked brand new, and then 3 weeks later I went back for an inspection and they told me I had $7,000 worth of fixed on my car! I took the list to Tromblys and worked with Mark to understand what was real and what was not. He laid out what he thought should be fixed immediately, what could wait, and what was completely made up. Their mechanics are great, their prices are reasonable, and best of all, they are scrupulously honest. I brought my car in for a brake inspection after riding the emergency brake on the highway for several miles. Mark checked out my car, found that the brakes were fine, and didn't even charge for his time. You won't find that kind of customer service anywhere else, and it's why I have been going to Trombly's for years. You should, too.
