His estimates are most frequently on the lower end for repair, but he gives the ballpark range just in case. i'd say he's about 90% on the lower range of things and feel he's very honest and upfront with his work. When i first moved to Exeter, i shopped around and got numerous quotes from various and recommended mechanics in the area, but found that Steve was consistent on his rates relative to the majority of the other quotes. it's a one man shop, but Steve will be upfront with you on repairs and estimates. He'll also do what he can to fit you in, if he can't do it within your time frame, he'll always let you know ahead of time. in other words, he won't tell you one thing, then hold your car hostage. he's a very honest man and takes pride in his work. i'd highly recommend Steve for your auto repairs, etc.

His one on one customer service is something you won't find at any large mechanic or dealership. Highly recommended. Thanks Anthony, I'll definitely be back for future service. -Jim
