It ended up being a head gasket that was causing my issue. I ended up doing the head gasket myself. When I pulled the lower intake, I found the gasket was never done. Even after I showed them pictures they still said it was changed. I have been running an industrial maintenance shop for 30 years. I know what is new and what is not. I think I am going check my thermostat and see if that was even done.

When i first moved to Exeter, i shopped around and got numerous quotes from various and recommended mechanics in the area, but found that Steve was consistent on his rates relative to the majority of the other quotes. it's a one man shop, but Steve will be upfront with you on repairs and estimates. He'll also do what he can to fit you in, if he can't do it within your time frame, he'll always let you know ahead of time. in other words, he won't tell you one thing, then hold your car hostage. he's a very honest man and takes pride in his work. i'd highly recommend Steve for your auto repairs, etc.
