I would not recommend using this company. While traveling we had a tire go flat due to being pierced by a metal shard. We called Pat's Towing Co to come out and do a tire patch, and that were told it would cost $125. While the tech was kind and professional, the patch unfortunately failed half a mile down the highway. We called the next morning to ask about a refund, and were told the manager was occupied but that he would call us back in a few minutes. We left our information, but after an hour of not having received a call we called back. Declined. We called back multiple times over the upcoming days. They never answered our phone call, nor made any attempt to reach out to us on their own. read more

I called at 4:30 in the afternoon about a tow, called them 3 times to touch base on where they were and being told at 7:30pm (already 3 hours later) that the driver was dropping a car off 20 min from me and then would be headed to me- no one showed up. Not sure about their auto sales department but the towing dept is horrendous, STAY AWAY!! On Oct 11, 2021, I had an incident on rt 495 where a tire from my 12x8 trailer fell off. I called Pat's Towing to pick up the trailer and drop it off at a relatives house in Worcester Ma. The driver was given VERY specific instructions to drop the trailer in the bottom driveway on the asphalt. The driver was even shown the actual driveway on Google Earth and asked to repeat the instructions which he did. Fast forward a few hours, disregarding the delivery instructions completely, the driver dropped the trailer at the end of the driveway, on the grass and then pushed it back approximately 30ft. Needless to say, the yard was completely trashed with giant ruts all the way back to where the trailer was pushed. In addition, the tarp I had covering the trailer was missing and my Craftsman toolbox was damaged. After ignoring several calls and emails, the owner chose to disregard the $300 estimate (received from a landscaping company) to fix the yard and finally was only willing to pay $75. I wouldn't trust these people with any of my property let alone something as expensive as my vehicle. BEWARE! read more

We went to Pats towing for work, we drove our car off the lot and it literally died in the road outside their busines, they then proceeded to be rude when they had just stranded us with our 4 year old in their extremely dirty disgusting messy waiting area, they wired our car wrong and had to fix it as well, these people are scam artists, you will not be satisfied with your service you will have a massive headache, poor customer service and bad auto work, the perfect storm of a business. read more

Pat's towing towed my motorcycle and damaged it. The driver apologized several times and called in to report it to the office. I called and spoke to them a few times. Cannot get them to pay for the damage they did and now can't even get a call back. Definitely would not recommend doing any business with them. read more

We had a breakdown on I95. We were able to find Pat's Towing off the first exit. The Jeep was vibrating very badly while driving. We live in CT and were on our way home from the 4th of July holiday. I asked if they could work on it that day and they said "we will look at it". Bottom line: we were back on the road in 3 1/2 hours. The brakes had ceased up and were over heating the drum on the driver's side. The station even provided transportation for us to have some great clams for lunch at Hampton beach while we waited! Pat from Pat's towing is the lowest human being I have ever dealt with. His company is nothing more than a predator and the lowest form of business. In a medical emergency, our vehicle was towed 1.1 miles. He held my vehicle for less than 17hrs and charged us $330. I have requested the Seabrook Police Dept to not use this company and provided our in-depth story which is harrowing at the least. This company should close - the business should be plowed over for condominiums. Seabrook deserves better business owners, not a predator like this place. read more

Pat is the man. Honestly, he was so pleasant to do business with. We bought a truck from him after going to numerous different dealers. The day we met with him, we knew we were buying our vehicle from him. He was genuine, a good listener, and attentive. They took great care of us and made sure our vehicle left the lot with any concerns that we had addressed or fixed. They are busy, but even in the middle of their already hectic schedule, he was still diligent to our time. And Nick (90% sure that was his name was so nice to us too. Big shout out to Pat's Towing! My mom was driving on the highway from the Boston area to Southern Maine when she started to sense that something was off with my car. By the time she reached the MA/NH border, her car was making a loud sound. She knew she had to seek help. To her great good fortune, she landed upon Pat's Towing in Seabrook, NH. They were able to diagnose the problem right away (an MA tire shop that had repaired one of her tires had failed to tighten the lug nuts, which Pat's was able to take off by hand). Had she kept driving, she would likely have lost a tire and who knows what else might have happened. Pat and his colleague gave her great service--they were knowledgeable and great to deal with. They moved my car to another place without telling me before and after, so that when my truck company picked up my car, the driver couldn't find my car, so that he had to drive extra miles to find my car. I can't say enough to recommend this place and truly they take into account doing everything they can to help customers. I blew out my tire hitting a curb and had to literally creep into the station to get my tire changed and between the day-to-day scheduled car appointments and busy inspection season; I was able to get my tire changed in the service was excellent. read more

Called my road service, Pats Towing was the company. No one came, some confusion about my location. OK this can happen. The road services sent another company. It was a bitter cold day, just a minute outside and your hands are numb, so unpleasant and painful in these conditions to be without car heater. Pats Towing did not come at all, but during a call with the road service while renewing I found they billed the road service for the call. They have a used car lot and I stopped to look, this was before the road service call. I did not feel I could trust buying a car there. Hard to pin point the exact thing that caused my discomfort, but my gut said something felt off. Then I read reviews. I tend to take time to write a review if I think it might save someone from a bad experience. The great companies I buy from have many customers, not struggling for clients, though I should take the time to sing their praise. read more

I broke down on the side of the road. I was assured that Pat's, a sub-contractor of AAA, would be there within an hour. Three calls to AAA and 2 hours later they just never showed up. Another tow truck driver speculated that they were either too lazy, or that it wasn't far enough of a tow to make it worth their while. Worst towing company in NH, my husbands car was towed during a snowstorm in Newburyport Mass. meanwhile we just moved to the area there was no visible signs that stated they were towing cars due to a snow storm only a blue flashing light was put out on one street in Newburyport. In all honestly if you are new or a tourist or even a resident how are you suppose to know what a blue light means?! So I call them after I had to drive through the storm to get him and was told it would be 140-180$ than today when he goes to get his car back they say 290$!!! Do not trust these clowns with your car. From removing my bumper and saying it was half off to taking a month to find a part that i found in 10 minutes. No call backs after promise after promise to return calls. The car wouldnt even start and had to be jumped to get it to the next service center. This is after they told us tge car was fixed. I don't know if I got a bad driver or Pat's is a bad company. I needed a winch out for my backhoe 3 miles from Pat's towing. I was told the minimum was two hours at $150 an hour but they would see if they could do better. The truck arrived in minutes. The driver hooked up to my backhoe then began playing around with the boom, moving the truck back & forth, playing with the outriggers, studying the situation, pretending to pull, After two hours of Jerking around The Driver finally just pulls the winch lever and has backhoe out in 5 minutes. Driver states it should be $400.00 because it took so long but with a BIG TIP he will only charge me $300.00. I sent an email to Par's stating my concerns and have had no reply. read more

A month later it wouldn't start again, brought it to a new garage and they said Pat's put in a junk starter! These guys are great!! They're AAA affiliated and AAA told me 45 minutes and they showed up in like 10!! (I want to say sooner!). They were really accommodating. I wasn't in the location yet and he didn't even have the correct address but he was so polite and happy to wait!! The next day we had to have them tow the car again and once again they were really accommodating and so polite!! We're used to dealing with Volpone who is horrible so maybe just the contrast is stark. Thank you SO much Pats!! We're keeping your business card in all our cars!! read more

One star is generous, called AAA and they sent these guys. Had a flat and needed a new tire, I suggested they tow me to a tire store, but they assured me they had my tire in stock and drove me to their facility. Five hours later left their facility with a new tire. Six weeks later tire is very flat. Flat was due to a defect in the sidewall, but they do not guarantee for defects, but they said they would work with the tire distributor. Never heard back, and when I call they do not even remember me or my issue. They also busted air pressure sensor in tire. All in all, stay away! The first time I called Pats towing looking into some prices and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude! She seemed like she didn't want to help me out? More busy talking to other people than someone who actually wants their business? Her name was Carol Fortin, that's about all she gave me was her name. No prices on a tire change or if someone could come out and help and see how much it would be for that. No she just kept talking to someone else I think his name was Jason? They were having a friendly conversation while I sat in the phone for what was a total of an hour trying to get prices and then finally I was fed up with it tried to ask her why her attention was else where and when I asked her why she was talking to this guy instead of me, she gave me a rude answer and told me to get help from somewhere else? Thank god I wasn't in any kinda car trouble I'd be SOL if I was. But I called a near by tow company that gave me ANSWERS to my questions and had their full attention. NEVER CALL PATS or go there if that chick is still working there she's so rude I had to change where I usually go and get my sticker and any other car troubles just because of this lady. read more
