I called Meineke to talk to someone reguarding this text.When I called the person that I talked was unprofessional and to told me that I would have to pay for the digonistic test and if they cant find anything then they would have to dig deeper to find the inssue and could not give me any information about the estamate. I was told that his mechanics don't work for free. I went in to pick up my car with answer why the car was making the noise. I was told that they took it for a test drive and said that the car was loud. That's all the information that I was told and That was the main reason that I took the car there was to get looked at. After picking up my car I went to a manichic, he took it for a test drive and looked under the car and with in 15 min he told me that it was the heat sheild he fixed the issue. The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.
