The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

They've always treated me well, and Dana's always been very communicative about all Aspects of my Car's Health without being condescending or short, which is awesome. The last time I called on'm, Dana himself met me with my Car for a Tow back to his Shop, picking me up after my Car'd died as I left the SuperMarket...And when I was faced with the logistical nightmare of transporting the Groceries to my Apartment, he actually drove me over there, and handed the Groceries down to me in front of my front door!! How cool is that?? I was amazed, but I wouldn't say I was truly surprised, for this is the kind of Service he and his Crew have delivered for as long as I've been going. 5 Stars!!

Got a quick response from Scott although I learned the type of dents meant in-shop work vs. their mobile crew approach which involved a little extra scheduling. That said, Scott is very prompt in his responses and had me send some photos to gauge the scope of the problem. Dropped off at his shop in Greenland, NH and had it back a few hours later and it looked AMAZING. This is a silver Honda HRV - not a high-end vehicle - but it's a lease so we know it has to go back to the dealer not looking like a tree branch fell on it. Appreciate the turn-around, the quality of the work and the fact that the $$ came in within his quote range. Across the board would recommend them.
