I have been going to Reynolds for over 5 years and Jim and Jon are the most honest and reliable…read morepeople I know. I went to have my tires rotated were they were bought and was told I needed a brake job that was over $500.00 dollars, they said I needed everything to do with brakes, pads, rods and calipers. I wouldn't let them do it and went to Reynolds to have them look at the brakes and was told that yes I needed brake pads and rods but not the calipers. Well this morning I went to have my brakes done and Jim came to me and said he had bad news and thought I needed calipers. He took me to my car and showed me the pads and the calipers, the pads were badly worn and the caliper had fluid showing, bad sign. He couldn't find calipers anywhere and decided to try something saying it could have happened when the calipers went back to where they belonged they could have leaked. He had told me that when this happened with fluid on the caliper 99% of the time you needed new ones. He went back and put something between the brakes and the caliper and miracle of miracles, no fluid. Didn't need calipers and saved over $200.00. He could have just told me that I needed the calipers and not tried to see if I really needed them but he didn't. This is why I go back for all my car needs because they are honest and don't try to milk you dry and do good work. Before he told me the good news, he told me not to worry if I couldn't afford to pay the whole thing I could pay when I could. I am on Social Security and 79 years old and he knows I am not rolling in money. Thanks Jim and Jon you guys are the best!!!!

What a terrible shop. Heard average reviews at best from other local people. Decided to give them a…read moreshot regardless. Should of known better the minute I drove in and saw the owner felt it prudent to keep a Trump/Pence sign up at the entrance. Why you would shun half your customer base is beyond me. Upon entering the shop, all I saw and heard was disorganized chaos and unhappy employees. Long story short, this place messed up my car and took forever to do it. Run from this shop....RUUUNNNN

Crazy about Dana's!!…read more I've been with Dana and his Crew for a few Years, now. They've always treated me well, and Dana's always been very communicative about all Aspects of my Car's Health without being condescending or short, which is awesome. The last time I called on'm, Dana himself met me with my Car for a Tow back to his Shop, picking me up after my Car'd died as I left the SuperMarket...And when I was faced with the logistical nightmare of transporting the Groceries to my Apartment, he actually drove me over there, and handed the Groceries down to me in front of my front door!! How cool is that?? I was amazed, but I wouldn't say I was truly surprised, for this is the kind of Service he and his Crew have delivered for as long as I've been going. 5 Stars!!

At that point the manager snapped at me and told me that I was free to take my car elsewhere. I went to Autozone and they tested my car with a scanner and said it was a faulty sensor. I made another appointment with a local car repair shop and was charged 110 $ install of the sensor and was told that my front and rear brakes were fine. So beware of this scammer.

I would highly recommend NOT using this company they are overcharging for services and are very…read morerude. We had to use their towing services and when the guy showed up on site to tow the vehicle he wanted us to pay him $160 upfront. We said we would pay him once the service was rendered. The distance the car needed to be towed was 1.5 miles, and when he delivered the vehicle I asked for a breakdown of the cost on paper that showed their fees, and the guy couldn't provide me with a breakdown of cost-instead he told me they charge $130 to show up on site, and $4 per mile. Therefore, if that's true, we should have only been charged $138. They guy proceeded to argue with me and said he would lower his price to $140. This company seems to be price gouging especially since you can find towing estimates from other towing companies and the cost of a tow that's less than 5 miles is an average of $75. This company also seems to be making up prices as they go, which is no way to run a business. I then tried to call the company on the phone number they provide on site to see if I could speak to someone else to get a blank estimate on a towing service. When I gave the info to get an estimate the guy raised his voice and said he was the person that just did this tow, and proceeded to curse at me and tell me to shut up multiple times. Very unprofessional, PLEASE be aware of price scamming if you use this company. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
