The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

Brought my Jeep in for what I thought was a lower intake gasket leak, they changed my coolant,…read moreradiator hoses, charged me for two thermostats $194.00, they never did the lower intake gasket that they charged me $532.00 for. It ended up being a head gasket that was causing my issue. I ended up doing the head gasket myself. When I pulled the lower intake, I found the gasket was never done. Even after I showed them pictures they still said it was changed. I have been running an industrial maintenance shop for 30 years. I know what is new and what is not. I think I am going check my thermostat and see if that was even done.

The last time I called on'm, Dana himself met me with my Car for a Tow back to his Shop, picking me up after my Car'd died as I left the SuperMarket...And when I was faced with the logistical nightmare of transporting the Groceries to my Apartment, he actually drove me over there, and handed the Groceries down to me in front of my front door!! I was told my car needed 850 $ front…read morebrake repair and charged 70 for the estimate after telling the manager I had my brakes done less than 2 months prior and couldn't possibly need front brake pads rotors and calipers as I had replaced all them recently. At that point the manager snapped at me and told me that I was free to take my car elsewhere. I went to Autozone and they tested my car with a scanner and said it was a faulty sensor. I made another appointment with a local car repair shop and was charged 110 $ install of the sensor and was told that my front and rear brakes were fine. So beware of this scammer.
