I was relatively happy with the service .....so I thought, until I found out they were not being honest about rotating my tires. I marked them and they never rotated them (happened twice). The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

They communicated honestly, explained what was happening and gave me great confidence throughout the process. I worked with Tom, Jonathan and Chris during my 2 visits and all three could not do enough to service the car and keep me informed - Great Service! I also met the manager Nate who very calmly used the issue as a teachable moment and brought his entire crew over to show them what had happened and how to correct it - great leadership! There was a time when this level of service was the norm but not anymore. That is what makes me appreciate it even more in the rare occasions that I do experience it. It ended up being a head gasket that was causing my issue. I ended up doing the head gasket myself. When I pulled the lower intake, I found the gasket was never done. Even after I showed them pictures they still said it was changed. I have been running an industrial maintenance shop for 30 years. I know what is new and what is not. I think I am going check my thermostat and see if that was even done.

I was told my car needed 850 $ front…read morebrake repair and charged 70 for the estimate after telling the manager I had my brakes done less than 2 months prior and couldn't possibly need front brake pads rotors and calipers as I had replaced all them recently. At that point the manager snapped at me and told me that I was free to take my car elsewhere. I went to Autozone and they tested my car with a scanner and said it was a faulty sensor. I made another appointment with a local car repair shop and was charged 110 $ install of the sensor and was told that my front and rear brakes were fine. So beware of this scammer.
