I can't say enough about this place. I needed some tires installed as my tires were slowly leaking air and I was constantly needing to put air in them. So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! I will definitely be going back to this shop when I need a mechanic! .......Hopefully not soon tho! read more

I don't know if these people are dishonest or incompetent. Either way, I recommend that you stay as far away from them as possible. Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place. read more

My friend with cancer bought a vehicle of theses people listed on marketplace I messaged the guy Jon he said the vehicle was good and no issues my friend drives home flashing check engine light brings to shop pays 300 for valve cover gaskets and 2 coil packs because oil leaking into the spark plugs on 2 cylinder than couple days later flashing engine light again find out has a Healy coil in cylinder 4 paid another 300 to fix that with 6 new spark plugs 2 days later it's back now compression test cylinder 65 psi another 100 bucks down the drain mind you, my friend has cancer and is on a fixed income was promised receipts for repairs he claimed he did like timing belt, etc. never got them please stay far away from these shady people I believe if you are a business and a businessman, you should honor your business and know your product. I rented a uhaul from them. Awful place!!! People are rude and disrespectful. They charged me for gas even though I put back what was in it . Charged me 2000 to have the truck an extra day. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! The manager from uhaul was absolutely amazing though. He was happy to help and offered solutions to assist with my situation. The people I spoke with from uhaul said that that company was known to be difficult and unpleasant. read more

Terrible experience here. Had our front brakes replaced. When we took the tuck to the dealer for an oil change they said the front brakes needed to be replaced. I didn't think this was possible since we had just done it. Got a second opinion and they said they same thing. They said they were installed incorrectly and caused the rotors to warp. We went back and asked if they could refund or replace. They said they couldn't do anything. Very disappointed! read more

I was visiting the area from out of state looking at a house when my car broke down. This was late on a Friday afternoon. I know there are exceptions but this takes the cake. They told my girlfriend they would have to remove the front bumper on her 2014 Corolla to replace a front side marker bulb. This came up during a routine NH auto inspection. Two hrs of labor at $89 an hr. Fortunately she said no thanks and left without her sticker. I stopped at NAPA that night, got a bulb, opened the hood, poked around a few minutes and the new bulb in place in about 30 seconds. Oddly enough there was no bulb in the bulb socket. The bulb sits upright in the socket so unlikely it fell out. I can only assume they removed it and lied to her or they are really incompetent to not be able to change a bulb. Why there was no bulb in there is a mystery. Crazy stuff. Their excuse was he's been working alone and must be tired. read more

Love love love this place. Hani has always helped me in the past 3 years with both cars I have had. Always fast and friendly service. From basic oil changes to fixing my car after I got into a accident. The repairs did take longer then expected but he kept me up to date and offered to help any way he can to accommodate me will my car was being fixed. I can't say that I have any complaints about this place. And his staff is always friendly! read more
