I have been a VIP customer for years. Maybe more than 10…read more They make a lot of mistakes. Over the years, I have been willing to let it go because they are reasonably friendly and try to help. That unfortunately does not overcome the severe deficiency in making sure their work is good. VIP example mistakes: has failed to tighten wheel nuts, oil drain plugs. They have damaged my car using impact wrench where they should not (spare mount). The most recent VIP mistake: I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotate prior to a road trip. One of the wheel lugs were not torqued fully. They were snug, not tight. This condition is well known to cause fatigue failure of wheel studs. Happened to me. See the pics. Think 80 mph, Florida Freeway, nighttime, Florida aggressive drivers. It could have been a bad wreck triggered by the wheel coming off at speed. When I called VIP, they seemed most concerned with denial of responsibility. I was pissed because their work nearly resulted in a incredibly dangerous situation. People die from high speed wrecks and VIP seemed more concerned with denying responsibility. After all these years, I am done with these people. The lack of concern that they induced a dangerous situation is not acceptable. If you use these people to do work on your car, do yourself a favor, go buy a torque wrench and double check their work. Their words saying they check their work are not matched by actual results. Bottom line. These folks are risky and you might get a nasty surprise. Maybe even crash and die. PS. The VIP customer service responds to these YELP reviews are totally hollow. Look at other reviews. My experience with VIP is not unique. If they really fixed their shortcomings, all the bad reviews will be old.

Firstly, this should have taken a morning at most and the glass guy finished his job at 11 which I confirmed before calling this crooked place at2 and asking when I could pick up my car - they said that the glass wasn't installed until after 1 and they would call me when their job was done. I called them at 415 and and was told that if I wanted to pick it up tonight it should be done soon. Anyway, they called at 450 and said I can pick up the car. I went in got my keys and found the car in the outside parking lot with the interior hot as F and the temp set at HI and the directional settings for the heat aimed at the floors - then I noticed that a QUARTER TANK of gas had been used up. I called them and asked why my car was hot as hell and 1/4 tank of gas used up and they said that they did not have the wherewithall to handle these issues with me. I believe that my car heated up their whole freaking garage all day - how else could they use up that much gas? The manager lied straight up to my face, there are many places to take your car, save yourself some grief and avoid this sketchy place

The green dye in the part indicated Valvoline looked for a leak and knew there was one, that was why they were quick to give a refund. Manager Mike is awesome…read more Brought my wife's 2020 Cadillac XT4 there for an full synthetic oil change, was a normal change until we went to start up the car and it was sputtering on start up. It was a highly coincidental incident, I genuinely felt that Mike went way out of the normal routine checks as well as looking at security cameras to audit technicians work and completeness. We had an abnormal issue that I felt that Mike went well above bar to over-communicate and diagnose an issue. We will be back for service, only one missed point as we had a new technician that could of done a better job at having on clean gloves to reset our car timers, it left oil residue all over our steering wheel and buttons.
