My experience with Justin the salesman, Richard the general manager, and even mr Camino the owner has been phenomenal! This dealership was the last to have the vehicle I was looking for. I had never purchased a vehicle out of state, but they made it easy. All of these people worked with me to get the car I wanted and to get it purchased the proper way so it could be registered in my home state. They are even coming in on a Sunday to meet me, since I'm flying in to pick up the car. I felt like they really went out of their way to make me a happy customer, and I felt kinda like family. They had ZERO shady antics! Buying a car in Florida can be horrible........, but in Wilmington??? It's magical! I cannot sing their praises enough! This dealership , and this little town of Wilmington, will be my first choice for finding my next car in the future.

They had the pads out of the calipers and caliper taken off. I told them that I would do my brakes myself and put it back together and just do the oil change . I did the brake job this weekend and I found that they massively over torqued the caliper slide pin bolts. One side was ok, on the driver side I need a 3ft cheater pipe to get the 14mm bolt off. Should never happen naturally with a car that's only 2 years old. Either negligence or spite are the reasons that this could happen. I would not trust bringing my cars there for service.

Mini Cooper and RAV4 Work I have had done at Allman's : Brakes, welding, exhaust, tires, electrical, fuel issues, lights, pumps, oil, coolant, and transmission fluid changes and I'm sure there was more I don't remember. They are honest, fair, and competent. These boys know cars and will always help you out. I'd give six stars if I could. They will take photos of damage or issue areas before repair and text it to you before fixing if you require it. They have text reminders and emails to keep you up on your car before during and after repairs. They have after hour key drop off. When you get your oil changes they do a thorough inspection to find all of the issues you may have and rate them in stop light fashion( super helpful for budget planning your repairs) My family would be in bad shape without these guys. I had a recent experience where I brought my car in that could have been repaired (that's how they get paid), they put it up on the lift and said "it's time" knowing I dumped a lot into it in the last year and this repair would require a lot more. They could have said yeah fix it and out goes my cash, but they didn't they were honest and legit. They would have done the repairs no problem if I had asked but they did what they thought was best for me. It was an aging SUV with 170k and things were getting grim underneath. I would not consider going elsewhere. They take my calls and fix my stuff A freaking plus BOOM!

It is always a drag to have car problems, but New Meadows relieves some of the stress and worry. They are very reasonable with their prices. If there was nothing to fix, then there was nothing to pay! They provide their expert opinions while still listening to your needs and never pressuring you into extensive work. They are smart and know their stuff which means less time poking around and guessing. Most of all, I trust Joe- I can just tell he is an honest guy. One time, my car was making strange noises and Joe and i drove around the block together to listen to the sounds. Now that's service! My car has visited them probably 6-7 times in the last 3 years.
