We had a lock out needed. For some reason, going from one door, to another, our truck locked - with my daughter inside. Luckily, the truck was on and running, and the AC was on. I was more flustered that my child was inside without anyone and felt scared for her (she was fine!) I called Superior Towing, got an answer right away, was told they would be to us in 10 minutes (she was here quicker than that) and she unlocked the truck right away. I know she could hear the tears coming on the other end of the phone when I called, and she reassured me she would be right on the way. We are from a different area in NH, but I will recommend this company to anyone I know that may need it in this area, they made a very high stressful situation so much easier, smoother, and worry-free. Flat tire: When I called for a tow they answered the call quickly and the technician showed up within 20 minutes. Paul was wonderful from start to finish. I was nervous to have my vehicle towed as I am a young women, not from the area. All my concerns were quickly dissolved when Paul arrived. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My son's car needed a tow from UNH in Durham,NH. Kevin and Chris were super responsive, and knowledgeable about how the car could be towed or not towed. They responded within less than 30 minutes on a Sunday, which is really great service. They were appreciative of the business, and helped us out. They towed it 16 miles to a Jeep dealer in Rochester. Wonderful customer service. The guy that answered the phone was nice and knowledgeable. The price was better than the other quote I got. The driver arrived with in 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He asked all the right questions, used a portable jumper to get the car out of the garage then carefully put it on the lift. Once it arrived at the donation site - her helped me get the stuff I needed out of the car and placed the car exactly where they wanted it. He checked the gas in the car, jumped the car again and recommended it run for 20 minutes to charge. Pete was the best! I was out of town and came back to a dead car. He showed up within a half an hour of call, jumped my car and let me know I needed a new battery. It doesn't stop there. I followed him to an Autozone and he replaced my battery for me in the parking lot. He wasn't going to charge me anymore than the jump cost. Amazing customer service!!! Highly recommend. read more

So after waiting FOUR HOURS past the time they guaranteed me, it turned 1 am. The truck driver finally showed up and for some reason "couldn't find me" after being given a very specific details of where it was and it being the ONLY CAR in the parking lot it was a no brainer. Upon giving the driver the keys he exclaimed he was "all set" and look the car off to the service center. He told me he no longer needed me present for the rest of the move, so, tired after a 12 hour shift at work then this fiasco I went home to rest. The Next morning when i showed up at the service center the front bumper had been ripped off and the fog light smashed. With no note left and the keys turned in the ignition and now i have a dead battery too. Couldn't of had a worse time with these guys. Never again using them. read more

Waited over 45 minutes at my storage unit to have my motorcycle towed to my house. I received several excuses for the driver not showing up on time back to back days. I was suppose to have my motorcycle towed one day before but received an excuse and gave the company a second chance by rescheduling my appointment and waited almost an hour. More like Unsuperior Towing to me. read more
