Leo & Sons Auto Repair is a family-owned business, which really resonated with me. I've been to several auto repair shops in the past, and I often had to return because parts were missing, issues weren't fully resolved, or something else broke during the repair process. At Leo & Sons, I also got my state inspection done, and the whole process was seamless. They gave me peace of mind from the moment I contacted them. They have a fantastic text message system and an easy-to-use website where you can book appointments. Plus, they send you a digital receipt, so you won't lose it, and it's eco-friendly too. Additional perks: They offer WiFi for guests and have a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone or laptop and work remotely if needed, or just check social media or read some of their many funny quotes. Time flew by while I waited. There's also a clean bathroom for clients.

The guy was no-nonsense, got it done fast and knew what they other guys were doing to me.

I came across J&L, left a message, Joey called me back seconds later and I told him that I had to get my rear brakes done, pads and rotors. Joey's estimate blew the Subaru quote out of the water, he was available and gave me a reasonable window on finishing the job on the same day, so I decided to give him a shot. He actually ended up finishing ahead of schedule and everything turned out great! I actually was able to honor an appointment which I was very close to cancelling as I called on short notice but couldn't put off the repair.
