I had my T-boned BMW towed here earlier this month and even though I called in the morning to see if I could have it towed there that same day, they were very accommodating and kept me updated during the entire process. Unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled, so I didn't get a chance to actually see how their repair work is but from intake to me getting my stuff to signing the release form for the vehicle, they were extremely friendly. And shoutout to the worker at the front desk that helped me, she made sure I was set with everything and even got someone to help me remove my license plates. Great communication. Great attitude. Amazing service. I hope I don't have to use their services (because if I do, that means I got into another collision), but if I do, I will not hesitate to send my vehicle here. read more

My repair service advisor was Meaghan and she was fabulous. She went the extra mile to help me through this aweful experience as I had never been in an accident before and had been hit by someone. Being a senior citizen in my 70's I had no idea what to do with insurance rental car scheduling for repair and all the rest to get through all of things that needed to get done. She kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and there for me the whole time. The ones that are doing the repairs are also 5 stars. I got my 2023 Buick encore back and the care they took in repairing my vehicle you would never know there had been any damage at all. I had my 2019 Mazda Miata repaired there after a minor damage to my rear bumper. The car had less than 5,00 miles on it and they could not match the paint on the rear bumper to the rest of the car. I am now stuck with an almost new car with a horribly mismatched rear bumper cover. On top of that they stuck me with hundreds of dollars extra for the paint work that the insurance did not cover. Would not recommend anyone get their car repaired there. It no wonder that my insurance company does not list them as an approved repair shop. I would never buy another car there. read more

Brought my vechile into Tulley and they went above and beyond my expectations!!! Only owned my brand new Mazda6 for a few months when I had an accident backing out of my garage not knowing the back door was open, damage was located inside the vechile in a very difficult spot, was told by another collision center it couldn't be fixed and would need a new door which would then make my insurance go up. So glad I decided to call Tulley, they took on this challenge and not only fixed it but did it in just 2 days and I was able to not go thru insurance!! It's like the damage never happened, beautiful job!!! People there were very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this body shop!!! read more

Auto repair work was just okay; for the most part it looked great, but there were little things here and there that I had to point out to get fixed; they couldn't fix a minor-but-noticeable paint lip that resulted from their paint job. They won't re-paint if there's an issue with their paint job - they'll just buff and buff until there's no more clear coat. The work they do is not as good when insurance is paying for the repair because they aren't being paid as much according to their body shop manager - but you won't learn this until after the job is done. read more

I was in a front end collision in my 2015 Ram 3500. My truck was repaired in a reasonable time frame and looks as good as it did before the incident. In speaking with my Mike, my service adviser, I was informed of every detail on the progress of the repair. I was also provided pictures of the truck along the way. They were aware that I needed the truck back ASAP to get it back to work and I feel like they went the extra mile to make things happen as quickly as possible. They were excellent at being an advocate for me to my insurance company. I would not hesitate to recommend Tulley to anyone needing collision repair. Getting into an accident is not fun but these guys made it as painless as possible. read more

AVOID at all costs. These guys are a joke. If they tell you your car will take 10 days to fix add on another 2-3 weeks. They tell lies to your insurance company to make themselves look good and take no accountability for delays caused by their own lack of time management, parts ordering etc... They will blame you (the paying customer) for everything. Rick the body shop manager is the most arrogant and classless person I've ever spoken to. Zero customer service skills and won't admit fault when there is clear evidence against him. Bottom line, go find a body shop that treats their customers with respect and dignity.; DON'T go to Tulley. read more

I needed a lot of work done on my car after a collision that occurred just minutes from the Tulley Collision center. I immediately had the car towed there for repairs since they did a wonderful job on two prior collision repairs my family needed years ago. Unfortunately, this recent experience was far from wonderful. The repairs were in the neighborhood of $15 to $20k, so I expected it would take a good 4 to 6 weeks. Eight weeks later, I finally got my car back and I was more frazzled from the repair process than from the accident itself. My chief complaint with the Tulley Collision Center is their front office. It may not be their doing. It could be how they were instructed to operate, but they go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible to talk to anyone there. Their canned line is "everyone is in a status meeting, so we can keep our customers up to date on the status of their car". This is their response no matter what time of day you call. Despite all these status meetings, no one seems to ever know the status of your car. Only one person holds the key to that information and that person is always out in the shop and unreachable. Michelle at the reception desk can not page, call or walk over to the glass window to wave down this person. So you are stuck leaving a message and hoping they will call back which sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. When I complained about this they let me know how they go above and beyond by having a "check vehicle" webpage for customers to keep tabs on their car. They sent us the link to this webpage at the five and a half week mark into the repair process and from that point to delivery, no updates were made to it. A pretty useless tool. If I were them, I'd have been too embarrassed to have even mentioned this tool. My second major complaint about this shop is their policy of not releasing your car until insurance has paid up. The work on my car was completed by week 7, but they held my car hostage for an eighth week waiting until they felt comfortable enough with the insurance paperwork. Mind you, insurance had been paying all along. They paid their initial bill, they paid the first supplemental bill and they were just left with processing the final supplemental bill. I can't imagine any other business operating this way. If I went to a doctor and they agreed to take my insurance, I can't imagine them withholding info on a biopsy test until they received payment from the insurance company. If insurance doesn't pay, the customer is liable. You send the customer a bill. If the customer doesn't pay, you turn them over to a collection agency, but you don't hold their car as collateral for an indefinite period of time. I can't imagine this is legal. When talking to the Tulley courtesy driver on my way in to pick up my car, he assured me that this was routine and that they had cars still in the shop from January of this year for that very reason (11 months). Scary, to say the least. I personally don't think this driver knew what he was talking about, but still he represents Tulley and this is the story he passed to me. My third major complaint was with Rick the manager assuring me the car would be identical to how it was before the accident. To me, that is an impossible claim to make. After such a hard impact where airbags were deployed, there will be problems that won't show up until months or maybe years later because no one can possibly anticipate every issue. I pushed back on his claim, but he was adamant that the car was perfect. I drive the car home (a 50 minute ride) and find my hands are freezing even though I've jacked the heat up to 85 degrees. They never checked the auto climate controls. I've given them two stars instead of one because my car does run and the outside looks like it was never in a crash (though they left a scratch on my steering wheel which will forever remind me of this ordeal). I used to recommend this shop to friends whose cars needed body work. I can no longer recommend the Tulley Collision center. If they actually get their "check vehicle" website off the ground and leave the bill collecting to collection agencies instead of seizing your car for collateral they may have a future, but they're not there yet. read more

I scheduled a minor collision repair at Tulley 3 weeks in advance, signed the required forms and informed my insurance company. I dropped the car first thing Monday morning and was told that since we scheduled everything in advance that the initial parts had been ordered and that the repair would be completed by the end of the week. On Wednesday I called my assigned "service advisor" for a routine update. No return call. I called back the next day and spoke to the "service advisor," who puts me on hold to check on the status. After a very long wait on hold another employee picked up the phone and stated that the "service advisor" would call me back. No return call. After a few hours I called the dealership and asked to speak with the body shop manager, who informed me that they were waiting for the insurance company to approve the ordering of parts. This was confusing, as the shop is a "preferred" center that is not usually required to obtain such approval (and being able to avoid the usual insurance appraiser dance was a major reason I chose this shop). When I asked why I was not notified that the day before the repair was scheduled to be completed the parts weren't even ordered yet, the manager stated "you're not the customer, the insurance company is the customer." I called the insurance company (Amica), who admitted that for a still unclear reason that they had decided unilaterally to require pre-approval for this case, and that even though this decision was made the week before the car was dropped off, neither Amica nor Tulley communicated this to me. So I'm paying for a rental car out of pocket while the car is sitting on a lift for 4 days and parts haven't been ordered. But we sort it out and Amica gives their blessing and the parts are ordered. I speak to Rick, the manager, on Friday and he confirms that the parts have been ordered and "expedited" and that they should be there on Monday. He stated that he would call me on Monday to let me know whether the parts had arrived and what the ETA would be on the repair. No call. Tuesday I get an impersonal email from no reply@autowatch.com saying that the car is done. Picked the car up today and on the surface it looks ok. No "thanks for your business," no "sorry about the mixup," just an uncomfortable silence that said "just pay the cashier, take your car and go." At least Amica felt bad for causing unnecessary delays and paid for my rental. Don't do business with Tulley unless you happen to enjoy being ignored by people with a complete lack of integrity. read more
