Nashua Collision did an absolutely amazing job fixing my Chevy Equinox after a rear-end collision. My car looks brand new! Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding -- they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and always checked in to make sure I was all set with everything involving my rental. They coordinated everything with Enterprise making sure I had transportation the entire time my car was being worked on, so I didn't have to lift a finger. When I picked up my car today, they went the extra mile by cleaning it inside and out, making it look and smell like a brand-new vehicle. Huge mistake selecting this mickey mouse shop per State Farm recommendation! Nothing was done right at this place, my car was not done on time, in fact it's still not completely repaired 11 months later! I had to pay several days extra for a car rental which the owner offered to reimburse but that never happened. Two doors and the rear bumper needed to be replaced. I had to bring my vehicle back several times to be repainted. The paint sagged in the middle of one door and the other door doesn't line up properly with the fender. The fabric is pulling away from the door panels at the windows on both doors that were replaced. One wheel that was damaged never got replaced because they ordered the wrong wheel so I'm still driving with a badly damaged wheel. They actually tossed the wrong wheel that was ordered in my backseat when they returned my car, not sure what they expect me to do with that! The car was supposed to have a front end alignment and that never happened either. The owner seems nice enough but he has more excuses than you would believe. Mike promises everything but fails to deliver, he turned my beautiful vehicle into a POS. When your car is returned with a super glossy wet look and you think it looks amazing, this trick is only to hide all the imperfections you will see once the shine fades in a few days. I would give zero stars or less if I could. Avoid this place if possible! read more

Awful service, the girl that's the receptionist has absolutely no idea how to do her job. I spoke to Mike about having my car fixed in one day where he would order the bumper in advance, paint it, and install it same day. The girl was extremely rude on the phone, and rather than taking my info and having Mike get back to me, telling me it's impossible when Mike is the one doing the work, and understands the scope. Don't come back here till the girl behind the desk is fired. She needs to learn how to put the customer first and coordinate with the team. read more

Really great work. I brought my car to Mike after my car was rear ended In a parking lot. He was able to work directly with the insurance company that was responsible for payment. He ordered the replacement bumper, had it painted, and had me leave the car with him for a couple hours. The car looks brand new again. I had some chairs in my car that didn't fit into my rental so they just kept them upstairs in their storage area for me while my car was being repaired. I stopped by today for an estimate of minor scratches on my car- not expecting that I'd drive away 5 min later with the scratches removed! I was greeted by a nice man who told me that the scratches would come right off and offered to buff it out quickly with compound, right on the spot for me. Such a nice surprise and an example of great customer service.He was polite, and went out of his way to assist me and at no cost. My car repair was covered by collision insurance and I opted to use one of the agency's recommended repair facilities, Nashua Collision Center. From the time I went for the initial estimate till the time I picked my car up, every person at NCC treated me with courtesy and great customer service. They gave me a ride when the car rental agency said they couldn't be there until later in the morning, and they returned the rental car for me. Everything was handled in a professional but also a caring manner, if that makes sense. My car was even cleaner than when I brought it in as they vacuumed the interior for me. I would give NCC 10 stars if it let me. Mike and his staff are amazing! I was side swiped (my first accident ever) and my beautiful car needed repair. Mike took care of me and my car. He understands and appreciates people like me that take pride and care of our cars. My Audi came out amazing, you would never know I was in an accident. They even washed it and cleaned the inside (not expected-but a plus especially where I am obsessive about my car). I even got a thank you card for my service from his staff! A month later, I had an unfortunate incident with my car right after it was repaired and Mike and staff yet again came to the rescue. Mike went above and beyond to try and find me other options for the very expensive stupid self mistake that I made. I have put off writing this review and feel guilty about that. My commitment to the review does not reflect my experience with this company. They quoted me the best price around by anywhere from 300$ to 1000$ cheaper than competitors. They told me it would take 2-3 days for my car to be ready. Dropped it off on a Sunday night and got her back Thursday around closing of that week and I must say brilliant work. I will be honest by saying this experience is in contrast to my experience with Gate City Collision of Merrimack. Gate City told me one to two weeks for moderate repair: they had it about a month or more by a few days give or take. A few other minor issues with them but what's important is that I have found NCC for any future auto body needs or recommendations. Sorry it took so long guys and thanks again! read more
