What an experience!! Swung by Dans place to get a quick quote on a dent in a tricky spot. I had recently got a quote elsewhere and was advised it'd have to be glue pulled from the outside and could risk damaging the paint. Dan took the liberty to check out my vehicle and found a way to the dent that would forgo the glue method and was able to take care of the dent right there and then!! Went for a quote and ended up getting the repair on the spot, talk about top notch service! Such a genuine, easy going guy. Had some good conversation as he worked the dent out, less than 45 min and I was on my way. His pricing was awesome and very reasonable for a craft not many people have the skill to do. Dan is great! I just purchased a new (to me) car. Unfortunately the vehicle had a pretty decent dent on the hood and right on an angle, and to complicate it even further it is an aluminum hood. I drove down and had Dan look at it and was confident he could get it out. I setup an appt for the following week. When I arrived back he said it would be two hrs. So I went and ran some errands. Well about an hr later he text me that my car was ready. When I came back I couldn't even find where the dent had been. And he said "it took less time than I thought, I'm going to charge you less." He's a true professional and very easy to talk to. We must have spent a half hr just talking about cars. Great experience and will be back for other vehicles. Wow!! read more

So my fiancé Shannon needed some dents repaired from her new car. We expected someone to show up and provide a quote, however to our surprise the owner showed up and actually fixed the dents on the spot. I always appreciate folks who take pride in their craft, and Dan does just that. I would not even know Dan exists, but for him hearing me swear like sailor dealing with installing a new mini split AC through the bedroom window. I was trying to reposition the head unit and just couldn't get it damn thing off the mount. Dan heard me and offered his assistance. I reluctantly agreed, and Dan came in and we broke the unit free and repositioned it so I could connect the end lines. A piece of the mount broke off, and he even waited until the repair glue dried to help remount it on the wall. Would not even accept a tip. I tracked him down as promised, for a well deserved review. I would say I'm highly disappointment in the business ethics of this company. When we look at my truck, I have 3 tends; one about a size ball, one smaller than a golf ball and one that looked the size of a ball point pen (which didn't come put fully out by the way). As the tech said it would cost 300.00 (fair enough, which I also Paid Mirror in Portsmonth i had multiple dents removed). The tech said it would take about 3 hours to fix and we agreed on $300.00 final price. He was done in less than an 1 hour. Now for the kicker, the price jumped to 400.00, not 300.00, he said he must have added it wrong? AND he didnt even het one of the dents fully out! He did give me 40.00 back but still I felt like I should get my entire 60.00 back on-top of the 40.00 he already give me. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends/collegues, etc... ...and I will definitely not be using them again due to their bad buiness practices (I own my own company and would never pull this over on anyone, especially if it was my falt!) read more

There were a ton of acorns this year and my car got pummeled. I took my Audi to Dent Solutions to get the many (50+) dents removed. I was able to go through insurance for this 'act of god' on my comprehensive for the cost of the deductible. At the same time, I had a dent removed from the front passenger door where some jerk hit my car in a parking lot and took off. The price was reasonable and my car looks like it's new! read more

These guys do paintless dent repair (PDR). I had a door ding about the size of a quarter. I called these guys on a Tuesday morning and they made an appointment at my office in Lowell on Friday morning. The whole process took less than one hour in the parking lot. Just like it never happened. This is apparently a family operation that does business by word of mouth. A local full-service auto body shop recommended them to me.
