I understood this would take some time. What I did not expect was a completely unacceptable level of delay, poor communication, and unfinished work. They had my truck for two months. During that time, I repeatedly called for updates and was consistently told "a few more days" or "it'll be done next week." This went on for weeks with no follow-through. I essentially had to chase them down just to get any information. After enough complaints, I was given a loaner vehicle, which only made things worse. The front bumper was hanging off, the tires were bald, and there were inappropriate items left in the glove compartment. It was unsafe, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. I could not use it for work or even feel comfortable driving it. When I finally got my truck back, I was told the mirror had been ordered but was the wrong part and had to be sent back. I was assured I'd receive a call when the correct one came in so it could be quickly installed. That call never came. It has now been another two months, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls go unanswered and the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I recently discovered the rear tail light was never actually repaired. It is still cracked, with red tape placed over it instead of being properly replaced. After two months in their shop, this is the level of work that was done. At this point, this goes beyond poor service. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for a customer's time and safety. I gave them every opportunity to make this right and showed far more patience than most people would. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

I was hoping to give this a five star review however there is no way possible. I had bought a large…read moretrailer (park model) and needed it removed from a campground and brought five miles to a private lot. There was also an attached deck and sunroom which they assured me they could remove and transport as well. It was not a cheap job but it needed to be done. They were very professional coming out and I was pleased by the work. The trailer was brought to my property, however it was not placed how it was supposed to be set up. The truck was either not big enough or as the driver said it did not have the proper tires, which caused them to keep spinning on the slight slope and newly graveled lot. As I had been very pleased with the work and had full trust in the company I paid the fee and trusted them when they said they would come back with the right truck and move it into place. 97% of the job was done, how I regret paying now when the job wasn't finished. However I was still happy enough with the work that I scheduled them to rebuild the deck and install the sunroom when they came back. A price was given and I agreed. However after that it was just crickets. Unanswered texts and phone calls. As the season was just about over I figured I would just call in the spring and have it done, hoping I would get a different response. Unfortunately the same unanswered text messages. One time I did receive a very quick and professional response back when they thought I was a new customer but as soon as he realized who I was it was silence again. There is absolutely no way I could recommend this company to anyone based on their customer service and inability to complete the job.
