Called to get an oil undercoating they were away for Christmas and New years they returned my call as soon as they were back and were able to get me in same day Only took an hour Waiting room was cozy had an additional conference room if you need to get some work done Customer service was great & friendly There was good coffee and snacks if you felt hungry TV's as well they were off but that was ok I'm sure if I asked I could get them on but I was content Will recommend and will be back when needed This was my first time and they gave me instructions before I left about a couple simple things and also told me there was a little over spray on the paint (expecting) read more

Way above and beyond! I brought my Tacoma in for undercoating. After parking it to check in, the truck wouldn't start. Joey spent about a 1/2 hour trying to help get it started between jumper packs, trying to jump using his truck, removing/cleaning/replacing battery leads and walking to a service station down the road to see if they had the right battery. Still wouldn't go, so he loaned me their service van so I could drive to an autoparts store. When I came back, he and Maurice hooked up the new battery, tightened some other connections and then still managed to fit me into their schedule (now an hour late) even though they are fully booked for the next couple of months. They were gracious, helpful and generous with their time, advice, labor and loaned van. I'm so grateful, and very impressed. The undercoating looks good...it's the first time I've done it, so looking forward to a good winter with reduced salt damage. Many thanks to Joey, Maurice and everyone at NH Oil Undercoating. Great customer service. Have been using their product for about four years. Had mice in my shed so I got a can of their mouse out oil and sprayed all around the shed, I have not seen any sign of mice in there seen then. Going to start using the mouse out on my vehicles. Very good experience! It's the greatest undercoating I've ever had on my vehicles and lasts longer than fluid film. The people are very friendly and want to make you feel at home while waiting, which only takes about an hour. I highly recommend these folks! read more
