Just had my 330i BMW serviced at Hagan's Motor Pool, and I have to say Mike and his team are top-notch. I brought the car in for routine service and because the cupholder squeaked every time I accelerated (yes, the cupholder). Not only did they take care of the service efficiently, but they actually fixed the mysterious squeak, too. Mike greeted me like an old friend, diagnosed my "critical cupholder malfunction" with a perfectly straight face, and had everything sorted before I could even finish a cup of coffee (which I can now enjoy in peace, thanks to the repaired holder). The team was fast, professional, and a pleasure to work with. If your BMW has a real issue or just a quirky one this is the place to go. Don't buy from here!!! The engine went on the car I bought from this place only 2 months after I put $7,000 dollars cash down on a car with these people and couldn't even get the owner on the phone after I let them know that it happened to discuss possible solutions to have it fixed or remedy the problem in any reasonable manner. The sales person Joe was the only one that was willing to help but the owner was completely rude, unprofessional and unwilling to even have a phone conversation with me or discuss anything until I contacted the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire. Learn from my mistake, spend your time and money elsewhere, this business is not professional beyond surface level. Court litigation is the result of dealing with this business, I would not misinform you..if you're a consumer that works hard for your money don't get robbed at businesses like this. read more

I purchased a 2004 Mercedes here a year or so ago. It was advertised as an AMG. It had AMG rims, but definitely was not an AMG. Didn't have the proper trim nor did it have any of the know parts, Calipers, brake rotors, interior trim. Although the car was a "fair" price, I wouldn't go back. I stopped by a couple nights ago, the place had some what appeared to be some night Mercedes. As I looked them over they were badly scratched and the rims were in terrible condition. Besides those issues the cars are older (which is ok) but with the current condition and mileage the cars are extremely overpriced! The 6.3 AMG Mercedes he has there is $6,000 over KBB! And other cars he has there are an average of $5,000 over KBB! So if anyone is looking for a car and they decide to stop at this place, bring your phone and compare to KBB and prepare yourself! read more

I purchased a '07 BMW x3 from Ian at Hagan's motor pool for my wife's birthday. Originally I did not came to see this car in particular, but Ian was very helpful and patient with the undecided me... He greeted me with smiles and courtesy, and he's not your typical used car salesman, he's a great person. He went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service, detailed and decorated the car to look like a birthday present! Overall the best car buying experience I've had so far. And the car ? It's a used car that has a few miles, but everything on it is working great, engine and trans are covered by their 90-day warranty, I feel like I chose the right place to buy. Oh, and I should mention that I was really picky in this case as the car was going to my wife's, and that I spent the last 8-10 month looking for the perfect car for our budget. Stopped by today while shopping for a vehicle. I'm pretty sure I found exactly what I was looking for but it was "Just In" so I have to come back to test drive it and I can't wait! Everyone was super helpful and respectful. They weren't pushy at all and answered all my questions without being condescending (a rarity among smaller car sales, in my opinion). I feel terrible I can't remember the ladies name but she was delightful. Even better, they specialize in German vehicles so we have a place to take out BMW for servicing. Everyone seemed extremely knowledgable and genuine. I hope to find a car to purchase through them because they seem to really care about the consumer and the quality of vehicles they sell.
