I had been to the Rochester, New Hampshire Jiffy Lube to get my transmission flushed. The manager…read moretold me he could not do it. He said he didn't have the right equipment. He also said not gonna take a chance. it could end up costing him $$5000. The crew before this one did a transmission flush on the same vehicle no problem. I figured he just didn't do it because I heard that the Dodge Journey is harder to work on. after I read all the reviews and most of them sound like my problem I had with them. I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube in Rochester, New Hampshire at all. Not even my worst enemy.

Suddenly the mechanic is unable to change the oil because is does not know how to unscrew the cover of the oil filter. The same vehicle was serviced at this location since 2008 till 2017 and there was no problem with unscrewing the old filter. Today after waitng 20 minutes in line I was informed that the service cannot be performed because the cannot unscrew the oil fiter. I took my car back to my home garage and unscrewed the filter in 2 minutes. Are they week because of covid pandemic or just plain lazy. Shame on you Jiffy lube. Kris

My fiancé left there with tires that were never checked and severely under inflated. 1 of them went flat for no other reason than that the very next morning. I called store manager and he was polite and apologetic. He took the time right away to go back to the video and yes indeed his tech never tested the air pressure in any of the tires. Jeff offered to refund the service in full and to fully address the problem. I suspect this employee may be terminated and that Jeff will be stepping up his training and expectations from his employees from this point forward. Jeff called back within an hour to let me know the check was in the mail! He appreciated the problem being brought to his attention. What more could you ask for. I am recommending this branch to others and we will continue to use their services. It never hurts to review the maintenance checks thoroughly though, as in any garage! Good luck to Jeff in the future. He exhibited the utmost professionallism handling the problem.

They did what appeared to be a good enough job (although the attendant couldn't drive my manual and they finally got a different attendant after they stalled it half a dozen times while I watched in horror). Fast forward 2 years. I happened to be sitting on the ground and could see under my car and noticed one of the tires tread patterns didn't match the others. Upon further inspection, they had installed one of my tires backwards. I had done 10k on the tire at that point. I took the car back and was waited upon by a very unkempt dismissive and rude individual. He not once apologized. He made it sound like it was my fault and how could I not notice for 2 years and that they were doing me a favor fixing it. The tech that did the swap was equally sketchy and rude to my face. They scratched my rim in the process. I've used this business half a dozen times dating back to late 90's. The place is sketchy, deteriorating and I recommend everyone go elsewhere.
