This was the third purchase we've been involved with from Jay's Auto. Both vehicles have been as advertised and are still operating with minor expenses after several years, we give Jay's an "A+" for those two vehicles. The latest purchase we've only had a week, the business is under new ownership. However Steve, our sales person, has done well with everything so far. We are owed a complete cleaning and detailing and they have reminded us twice that they are setting up a date we can both work with to complete that. At this time we are satisfied with the new ownership and the sales staff, but time will tell if the auto meets our demands. My wife is very happy with the car, the service, and Steve for finding this vehicle for us.

Returned for reinspection and because it had been 3 weeks I was charged a second time. I was never informed that I needed to return before a certain time frame. Left a second time still have no idea why the check engine light is on. Brought all 3 of my vehicles for inspection here and 1 passed. I will not return with the other vehicle because I refuse to give them any more of my money.
