Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. Mgr.) and Brittany (Mgr.) were so friendly, kind, and helpful, as were the mechanics (thanks Toby). They were able to patch the tire and send us safely on our way in minutes flat. Called them and explained what happened and the guy said he could come down and get the alignment and then charged him for it when it was suppose to be included in the above amount. Get the quote in writing people. It's BS they charged an additional $140. Guess we will go elsewhere in the future. One thing I don't like is a liar.

We had a tow truck on the way to the shop with the car when we learned they would not be able to fix it until at least Tuesday. She lives alone and needs her car, but they are closed on Sunday and were booked on Monday. We got the tires replaced Sunday at a Sam's Club a mile away. Come to find out everything that she didn't need to pass the inspection was pushed on her in a way that seemed it needed to be done in order to pass. Easy target! a young lady that has no idea what's going on, just a big heart and almost too much trust. With prices not being crystal clear and picking at stuff that has nothing to do with passing the inspection, that the set appointment was clearly for. They just sat her in the waiting room for 3 hours. I am beyond pissed I called to see if anything could be un done but the gentleman on the phone just pushed it off and proceeded to say you saved $90 with the military discount. Not only did they tell…read moreme things in my car needed repair which was in tiptop shape, they replace a waterpump for me and they used the the antifreeze I had in the back seat and charge me for it along with charging me for using it . I took my car to another shop which had been in business longer and are more reputable. ( receipts below ) If they tried to do these things to me, it makes you wonder who else are they shamming? I reported the situation to the New Hampshire State Police and had a meeting with the head of AEI who is Will Dunn and showed him the paper work and his suggestion was to not take the vehicle back to Stratham tire. Oh and it would be nice to have my winter gloves back, although they were in the vehicle when I dropped it off and they are nowhere to be found now. When I went to them about the waterpump, my wife mentioned that the car needed an inspection and in all honesty, that was a mistake!

I ended up having to buy new tires and theirs was less expensive than the dealership. They were great to work with. I've been back for another tire repair earlier this year. But last month, my car hit 100k and the tire rotation code lit up the dash board. It was easy to make the appointment. Dropped it off this morning, was told it might take longer than normal - which I totally respect since my dad is a retired mechanic. It ended up being done within the 2-hour slot my appointment was scheduled for. Again, super nice and will continue to go there.
