I'm serious: These are the best auto mechanics we've had the good fortune to discover, anywhere in the U.S. (And I don't say that casually, as we've lived in states from California to Texas to Florida, and had car repairs in all of them.) This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) So, during this trip, we didn't hesitate to call them for an appointment, and make the 2+ hour drive from where we're staying in Maine. Accomplished Auto gave us a next-day appointment. That was a relief! Today, by noon, we knew what needed the most immediate attention, and what could be postponed until we get back to Florida. Went in for a 90k mile check up, I requested the vehicle go through a full inspection and they gave a fair price for new pads and rotors on the front, a rear diff fluid change, and also listed maintenance items that should be completed in the future. But the online experience was great, did not make me feel pressured into saying yes to all of the repairs right at that point in time, and gave me a ballpark price for when I go back to complete those items. Very nice people just their pricing is very high. Had to repair my daughter's tire which took less than an hour and was charged $95.

Charged aoutrageous prices. Added all kinds of things to do all i wanted was an inspection sticker. And an oil change. They chargesd me $261.87. Never told me about all the. Extras. I was told they charge $175.00 aan hr for labor. STAY AWAY. they also gave me a carfax rrport saying i should get an additional maintanance of over $1600.00 soon. $366.00 to change 4 spark plugs?????? I cannot speak highly enough about the comprehensive, detailed service at Accomplished Auto! Multiple photos were included in the proposal for repair with urgency ratings for repairs suggested. The shop was less than honest in billing the job performed. The quote started out at the start of job to replace a water pump on my daughter's VW beetle at about $600 maybe $650 at most he said and ended up at over $2000 after he was half way through installing the pump he called me stating it's a bit more work than initially quoted. He had us by the you know what's. The parts were all doubled and tripled in price. When I called him out on the ridiculous price of $179.00 for 4 gallons of anti freeze on the bill he stated he's got an overhead. Bottom line stay away from this shop. read more

The absolute WORST and most OVERPRICED service I have ever had done on my car!! Do not come here, unless you want to be way overcharged for TERRIBLE service. All I wanted was a state inspection and a simple oil change. They took over 2 hours, and charged me $140 for an OIL CHANGE! Plus they did not pass my less than 3 year old car for a State Inspection because of a small ding on my windshield and windshield wipers needed to be changed... they did not change the windshield wipers, even though I asked them to, or offer to fix the small chip in my windshield (less than 1 cm in diameter). I did not find out that they failed my car inspection until AFTER I paid the bill for the inspection, oil change and air filters to be changed. Over $300 later!! I was so pissed and appalled when I left (after I paid) and realized that I still had a 2023 state inspection sticker on my car and was not told once that my car didn't pass (even though I called for updates). They still charged me for the inspection and didn't change my windshield wipers or offer to fix my windshield... which I would have happily paid for in order to be pass the state inspection. Now I just had to buy a $20 windshield repair kit for the small little chip in my windshield and I will fix it my damn self. I will also be going elsewhere to have another inspection, because I never want them touching my car again. Pretty sad that an auto repair shop can't fix a small chip in a windshield , but a less than $20 DIY kit from Amazon or Walmart can. They also did not call or text me to tell me that my car was ready. They sent me a bill via text, but nothing saying that my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call after almost 2.5 hours to ask if my car was ready. This place should be ashamed to charge people for service they don't even follow through on and miscommunication to their customers on what service was done and what was not. I am so disgusted with this place. I will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know about the terrible and overpriced service. I have never had such a bad experience with my car before and I have had dozens of state inspections and oil changes in the past, and never an issue like this. By far, Clint is the best mechanic I have been to as he is honest and really cares about what he does. He took his time to make sure that I had an idea of what was going on, and was very mindful of my budget. I also liked the thorough pics/videos they included with their notes as well. The customer service was exceptional also, they even provide a shuttle service to pick up your car. Dealing with auto repairs is stressful, but these guys make it not so bad. Professional and great customer service! Had my car inspected in a very timely yet thorough manner and had a full alignment done. Clint went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced being the only one there that day and was both professional and courteous. Really liked having constant updates and pictures sent to my phone as I waited. My initial appointment had to be rescheduled by the shop and Clint offered me a great deal on the final price. I don't know what I would have done if it was not for Accomplished Auto. My car started acting up on me. I brought it to a mechanic shop and they told me I was going to need a major repair and it was going to cost a pretty penny. If I was going to spend that much I wanted a second opinion and thank goodness I did. I took my car to Accomplished Auto and they checked it out and told me that my problem was not that bad and could be fixed quickly. Now my car is running great!
