Not only did they tell me things in my car needed repair which was in tiptop shape, they replace a waterpump for me and they used the the antifreeze I had in the back seat and charge me for it along with charging me for using it . I took my car to another shop which had been in business longer and are more reputable. ( receipts below ) If they tried to do these things to me, it makes you wonder who else are they shamming? I reported the situation to the New Hampshire State Police and had a meeting with the head of AEI who is Will Dunn and showed him the paper work and his suggestion was to not take the vehicle back to Stratham tire. Oh and it would be nice to have my winter gloves back, although they were in the vehicle when I dropped it off and they are nowhere to be found now. When I went to them about the waterpump, my wife mentioned that the car needed an inspection and in all honesty, that was a mistake! read more

I purchased 2 new tires had less than 500 miles on ea and they blew out. Nothing was run over with them. They are clearly defective. The guys in Brentwood tried to help us but the corporate office said solid NO. Therefore they will lose our business. read more

They do fine work on the vehicles themselves, but their customer service is not great. Every time I speak with them on the phone, they sound condescending.It makes me feel very intimidated to ask questions or ask for help when needed. Not a friendly environment. I wanted to be safe and have good traction in the New England winter. I purchased a set of four new tires. Twelve hundred miles later, I had an unnecessary flat. Stratham had not done a safety check for corroded tire valve stems. I am too old to put on donut tire. I was stranded 400 miles from Concord on New Years Eve. A friendly local put on my donut tire and directed me to Walmart. After the holiday, I went back to Stratham and explained installing new tires includes a safety check of the tires and wheels including the tire valve stems. I requested Stradham replace the three remaining original (160,000 miles) tire valve stems at no cost. Stratham said inspecting tire valve stem is not a part of installing new tires. I did not leave Stratham immediately, but demanded they make good on their failure to make sure my new tires were installed safely. Two Stratham employees each told me to get the F___ out and called the police. I passed the police car as I was leaving Stratham. I posted this same complaint on the Concord Stratham web page. I do not see any negative reviews on the Concord Stratham web page. read more

This was a nightmare experience. They told me stuff that was wrong with my car that wasn't. They got loud and obnoxious for no reason I had to go somewhere else for a simple inspection pay again because I got a second opinion of what was wrong. They didn't want to hear it. I went to Beaudets auto on 52 south main street allenstown. And they were very helpful! I highly recommend seeing them for your auto repairs. Stratham tires should be shut down for trying to rip people off and telling them things that are wrong with their car that are not just to get extra work and make a little extra money they are some crooked people read more

Well, I can't say much about how they do with tires, but I submitted a request online for a quote. They said it would take 24-48 hours. After 5 days of waiting I submitted another one. Never got a response. Apparently they have enough business & don't need new customers. Thankfully, VIP was much more accommodating. read more
