Had my truck worked on back in Feb of this year.  The repair tool way longer than it should have (more than a month in the shop) and the passenger door was not repaired the way I asked (it was just touched up) that was not part of the initial repair and they said they would fix it. I noticed a week after picking up my truck that the cap had multiple damaged spots on it, like it had been dropped.  Further, near the door handle, were some sharp shards of fiberglass that cut me when I went to open it.  Mind you, this truck spends most of its time in the garage and used rarely.  Picked up and parked it.... Big mistake. I happened to be behind my truck at night and noticed my license plate lights weren't working.  After getting under the truck, saw a red wire (NOT EVEN WATER TIGHT) and certainly not the factory harness that should be there.  It's half assed at best.  Not my work and the truck has not been anywhere else... the wire is just exposed, not secured and clearly not working. This truck is meticulously maintained and has never been hacked up. After emailing Jeff G letting him know of all this and how dissatisfied I was, he has and will not respond. Terrible company and service. First and last time I will use them.

They communicate clearly and well, via phone ( and text, if you arrange it), and they do great work. Their Volvo technician has helped me keep three Volvo station wagons running until their absolute last possible days. My first was over 20 years old, my second about 15, and my current one is 16 and still going strong (They use its twin as one of their Courtesy vehicles, so I always felt comfortable there from the start). My husband now brings his aging Honda Insight hybrid, which sits so low that its muffler system is a recurring issue, there, as well, for diagnosing of pesky CHECK ENGINE lights. We both use them for oil changes and state inspections. They troubleshoot for me before long trips in an older car, and always rank suggested repairs by priority. Garry's location on South Main is convenient, easy to access, and has plenty of parking, plus convenient key-drop box. If I could assign them more than FIVE STARS, I would!

The warranty company would not cover the work because the transmission was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. Had they made the call before starting work, as required, I would have simply driven the vehicle a quarter-of-a- mile down the road to the Ram dealership. They violated NH Law by removing the transmission without a written estimate signed by me. After I informed them of the NH law requiring that document, they conveniently produced a written estimate with my forged signature. They held my vehicle hostage until I paid a ransom of $750.00. After which they did replace the transmission, but they made no repairs to it and didn't even change the transmission fluid filter. I have no idea how their Google Reviews are so good, but, I asked another customer I met in their office how it was going for him, his reply, not good!

This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
