I've been coming here since 2018 and they've been a total God send. They're super friendly and honest. They won't fail your car for non reasons to get work out of you, they use quality parts. I've since moved to Concord and still make the trip down here just so I can continue using this shop. When I moved up to Concord I tried going to a corporate owned shop and surprise surprise I got the corporate crap that nobody wants to deal with. Kinne Electric Service is a small business so it's really like just working with human beings for a change. I highly recommend them, Matthew and Allen are fantastic, they do a really good job running the place and they're so fair with their pricing, they won't be nickel and dime-ing you. We will never bring our car to them again. Not only did they charge us $220 an hour but they charged us a fee for using a credit card and also when we used our debit card instead of giving cash. They also charged us more than was 1st quoted to us. People beware!! Never again!! read more

I've used these guys a few times and they are skilled and honest. Not sure what else one needs to know about a service provider other than that! Their rates are market average and my experience is they don't nickel and dime you. They aren't going to rack up hours of shop time messing around. They take a look, and then reach out on how you want to proceed. My current truck is under warranty, but I would not hesitate to take it here if the dealer couldn't or wouldn't solve my problem. read more

Don't bring your car to this shop.My car broke down and I chose his shop for him to look at. The owner called me with a disgusting attitude and demanding I have my car removed from his shop and crying because I left my car on his lot.So I had my car towed away and took my business somewhere else.. My cars horn stopped working. They explained to me thoroughly about what they could do about the issue. I felt they didn't take advantage or overcharge me! Like most places do! I took my car in for an inspection sticker today. I mentioned that I thought my brakes may be squeaking. I really was so pleased when I got the call that my car was ready and did not need brakes. Based on me telling him I heard my brakes (it was probably only ice), I thought I was going to be told I needed a complete brake job. He instead told me the brakes looked good. This is an honest mechanic! He could have told me I needed something that I did not. I would highly recommend this shop! read more

I wouldn't trust this place.. my blower for my Durango was fixed with a new kit except for the wires. I take to have them give me a price not only did they charge me to look at it when they said it's free. They lied and said I needed all new parts 740. Dollars now mind you I didn't tell them prior to see if they where honest. So I went to a recommended place on Elm St D&P undercar not only where they honest they showed me the one wire needed repair. Can't imagine spending the 740.00 they wanted.. Thank you!! A friend of mine who used to live in Manchester recommended Kinne, so I checked them out. Rob is friendly and great to work with. I dropped my car off for an oil change and he gave me a ride back to my workplace, which is just down the road. A short while later he called to ask if I'd like them to go ahead and do an inspection since I was overdue for mine. (Oops). When I came back to pick up, I dealt with Matthew at the front desk, who was also friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the quality of repair services, but these guys are nice and I'd come back if I needed something else. read more

I highly recommend this place! They worked on my car for over 2 hours and charged me only $90! You can go across the street to Dunkin Donuts and enjoy wifi and coffee while you wait, which I did, but I also came back and waited there. While I was there, an older lady came in and complained for about 30 minutes straight about how a different mechanic shop had taken her money. Rob was extremely patient and let the poor woman go on and on. He was a sympathetic listener as well as someone trying to help with her car's problems. Don't go there.They gonna rob you ! They change an electric relay for me/ they charge me $160 for the part($30 at autozone) $120 diagnostic labor and $40 (half labor hour) to replace the relay...which it does not take more then 30 seconds to plug out the old one and plug in the new one.I'm never going there again and ill tell everybody i know they conduct bad business charges. read more

I have brought 3 different family vehicles to Bob (the manager) @ Kinne Electric over the years . the staff is kind, relaxed and honest and can fix problems that other garages have no clue about. Another reputable shop had told me it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix a rear defroster in my wifes car. Bob diagnosed the problem and fixed it for under a hundred dollars! That was 3 years ago and it still works great! these people are the best! read more
