There were no bad surprise, just real expertise and polite service from everyone. I drove by and dropped it off and they were friendly enough and told me my car would be worked on at 8 AM and would be ready probably around noon or 12:30 PM the next day. So I dropped the car off in the next day. I called around one and no one answered the phone. So I called two more times and no one answered the phone. So I went to go look to see if my car was ready and there was a frustrated gentleman there who said that management didn't unlock the doors until 11 AM and he could get the car in to be rushed for an alignment. At this point I'm sensing that this business isn't running like it should so I took my car out and brought it to the Toyota dealer for repairs. They answer their phone. They did the work quickly and professionally. I'm really disappointed that such a national chain was so disorganized. I will never go back to this location.
