Thankfully, the team at 1st Class Auto Body in East Boston came to the rescue. After the damage was appraised, I brought my vehicle to them for repair. They were reasonably busy and had to order parts to replace the damaged components, but I just picked it up and it looks absolutely beautiful. You'd never know it had been in an accident! I can't praise them enough. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with regular updates, which gave me great peace of mind. They will say yes bring it down, and then not mention the owner/workers are going away for a conference, so you end up not having a car for a week 3) end of day not be able to fix the vehicle or figure out what was wrong, but still saddled us with the costs. I thought I had blown a tire, so I got off the highway and, by pure luck, pulled into Medford Gas & Service. Victor was just about to leave for the day, but he stayed late to help me. Within minutes, he found the actual cause of the problem that had been missed before and stayed even later to fix it so I could safely get back on the road. I can't thank Victor and the team enough. Just came from this place. There was a kid at the pump who must have been like 14. He said "cash…read moreonly". So I gave him $20 and said "20 of regular". He didn't say anything when he finished fueling my car, just looked at me, confused, waving me on. When he came to my window I said "Can I get a receipt or something?" He responds "Receipt?" like he doesn't understand me. I turn on my car to see if he actually filled it or not, said whatever and drove off. Most clueless useless attendant I've ever dealt with at a gas station. Never coming back here.
