I told him the only reason I was there is because I found him on yelp and your customers love you. He smiled, and said "hey, we try to do our best. The salesman was a very nice gentleman who let us look at the car without interrupting or acting condescending, etc. He recognized I had a small amount of mechanical aptitude and did not belittle me or put me down because I was trying to do a little due diligence on count of my 17 1/2 year-old son. We took the vehicle for a ride and came back. We said we had to take a drive and talk about it. He said, "why don't you take this car for another drive and talk about it"? which I thought was pretty great. We took another drive in the car and we came back and made a great deal! I didn't beat them up and they did not beat me up. It felt really good to do a good old-fashioned deal.
