Unfortunately within the space of a year we had occasion to require body work three times on two different vehicles. I went there with my pick up to have the right side of the bed repaired after rubbing it against the side of my garage door frame. There was a fair amount of damage and I received an estimate of $1700 for a self pay repair. The repair looked great and I was satisfied completely. On the next occasion someone in the family drove our Genesis G90 right into the back of the garage. The fascia on the front of the car was broken and every warning light on the dash was lit. I went back to CC and they did a great job of putting it back together with everything working. I submitted that to my insurance and the bill was around $4500. That same someone rubbed my truck up against the garage door frame again, this time making a small dent and paint transfer on the half rear door of the king cab. (See photo) I went back to CC and saw a service advisor named Halle, a very young lady. She took a lot of pictures of every part of the truck and went in to work up my estimate. I told her I would be paying for this myself and want the repair to be done as economically as possible. I envisioned the repair to consist of pulling out the dent with a slide hammer, some body filler to smooth it out and painting the half door. Her estimate totaled $3,190.81. Their vision of the repair was to replace the whole door, that part cost $1400.71. They also wanted to paint both doors on the right side of the truck for some reason. My favorite charge was for vehicle diagnostics and consisted of a pre-repair scan for $185.00 and a post-repair scan for another $185.00. Scan what? Why? The labor costs also seemed out of whack. Body labor 7.8 hours @$75. P/H, Paint labor 6.3hrs @$75. p/h, and Paint supplies @6.3hrs @$52. p/h. 6.3 hours to paint a half door? I asked if they couldn't do it any cheaper and she told me I might save a few hundred dollars if they could find a used door. I was very disappointed considering I felt as if I had been treated fairly on my two prior visits. I guess Crash Champions is out to maximize profits to the detriment of the customer. Maybe they are now using the matrix. What ever changed it isn't for the better so remember "let the buyer beware".

Got the car back with a used replacement headlamp in worse condition than the original driver side headlamp. The hood was poorly repaired and also didn't open with the hood release. Brought the car back and the technician confirmed all of the concerns. He unsuccessfully attempted to repair the hazy headlamp, repaired the hood, and denied having anything to do with the hood not opening. I took it upon myself to make some easy adjustments on the hood to open properly. We then brought the car back again for the headlight condition but were only greeted with opposition from the front desk. Not happy with the repair or the customer service.
