I paid $12,000 and made it clear I was new to RV ownership--thinking honesty would be met with integrity. I was so wrong. They offered "free delivery and setup" with a walkthrough. What I got? A guy who could barely park the RV (under 24 feet), no walkthrough, and no power cord--then he vanished. It was 98° and I had no electricity, no AC, no water. When I called, they told me "RVs don't come with power cords." When Amazon finally delivered one, I plugged it in... and WATER POURED OUT of the RV. The entire water heater was cracked. THAT'S why they didn't include a cord or setup--it would've been discovered instantly. When I contacted them, they: Insulted me Told me it's not their problem I'm a "newbie" Refused ANY refund And threatened to press harassment charges if I contacted them again They had the nerve to admit they knew it was defective before selling it! That's not all: Awning = broken Kitchen sink = broken TV = missing Multiple undisclosed defects They preyed on my inexperience, lied about the RV, and tried to intimidate me into silence. If you're a first-time buyer or shopping for an RV--do not trust a word they say.
