My 80 year old mother in law bought her tires at Town Fair Tire. Came with a lifetime flat repair. She had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. We had a tow truck on the way to the shop with the car when we learned they would not be able to fix it until at least Tuesday. She lives alone and needs her car, but they are closed on Sunday and were booked on Monday. We got the tires replaced Sunday at a Sam's Club a mile away. Paid a Little less and have a shop open 7 days a week. read more

Made my appointment a week in advance, with leaving my car for the day. Was told at my 7:45 am arrival that the car wouldn't be ready until 6 or 7pm that night. I informed them that when I made the appointment that I was told that it would be ready at 4:00pm, the guy at the desk said no, sorry won't be ready until 6 or 7 pm.When I got back to my office I called them and said if you can't have it done by 4:00 then don't touch it, i'll come get it and go someplace else. What is the point of making an appointment to only be told that you are going to have to sit and wait for 3 hours after your quoted pick up time. So they suddenly had a cancellation and said they could get it done by 4:00. So I said okay go ahead and do the work. I go to pick up my car and noticed that the box of winter lug nuts that go to my steel winter rims was sitting on the front seat of the car. They put the lugs that go with the alloy wheels on the steel winter rims. So now I'm sitting here waiting for them to fix their mistake. I'm missing work and not getting paid because of their incompetence. Needless to say I will not be going back to Town Fair Tire, even though I had the free spring/winter tire swap over. What could they do better? If they are going to let people make appointments, then they should stop overbooking and taking walk ins. just switch to a first in first out model. Read the work order and pay attention! The winter lugs were on the driver seat of the car, the tech had to move them to drive the car into the bay. The work order noted the lugs for the steel wheels were in the box on the seat. Hire a quality control technician to give each car a quick once over before it is delivered back to the customer. My daughter brought her car over to the Manchester store where she bought her tires this past fall. The front tire had a screw in it and was leaking air. They told her they were too busy and to come back next Tuesday. That tire may fail at any time! This is not the kind of service we thought TFT offered. That could have been plugged in a short time. Town Fair offers free services, just don't try to take advantage of them. I called the Concord, NH store to have a nail taken out of a tire. They were going to schedule an appointment THREE WEEKS out to have this nail removed. The Rochester location got me in the next day, and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I went on line to schedule a tire rotation, scheduled three weeks out. When scheduling my last rotation I went in to the Concord store. The counter person wanted to sell me an alignment as well, which I turned down. On the day of my appointment I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my scheduled time. The same person mentioned that I was there for an alignment. When I told him that I was just there for a rotation he seemed to lose interest , picked up some paperwork, and headed back to the service area. Another rep met him as he was going out back, they had a short conversation, and then the second rep, Jonathan? , came to the counter and checked me in. After sitting in the waiting area for over an hour and a half, I went to see if I missed my name being called after the work had been completed. Much to my amazement, the car was exactly where I parked it. I was told the require a two hour time frame for any appointment. Disgustedly, I took my keys and left. Following that I had a conversation with someone from their headquarters. He again said that this location requires a two hour time frame for any appointment. I tried to explain, apparently unsuccessfully, the concept of an appointment to this individual, and also pointed out that Town Fair does tires, they have a very good idea as to how long it takes to take off four tires and put four tires back on. There is no excuse for a two hour delay. I have no doubt that if I had agreed to spend the $120 or so for the alignment, my car would have been in the bay on time, but, since I was not spending any additional money, just there for the "free" service, the work kept being put on the back burner. My thought is that Town Fair Tire wants to claim that they offer free services but make these free services so difficult to take advantage of, the customers will figure that is it just easier to schedule this work with their regular repair shop, someone who understands the concept of an appointment, pay the thirty dollars, and be in and out of the shop within a reasonable time frame, not two+ hours later. There are too many other places to purchase tire to put up with this aggravation. read more

Went in to get a simple tire quote already knowing I needed tires and even expressed this to the service writer. But he still Insisted on going out taking a look at the car and measuring tread depth etc. which should have taken just a few minutes took about a half hour or longer. I understand they have a procedure to check the vehicle so they can up sell you on a bunch of unnecessary services. But when someone come in just asking for a simple quote on some tires just give them that instead of wasting time. read more

As stated previously, I have been doing business with TFT for quite some time and have always been happy. But today showed me the true meaning of "customer service". Driving down Loudon Road I accidentally hit a curb, causing my right front tire to quickly go flat. My first thought was to try to reinflate the tire, but then thought better of the idea, opting instead to have it checked by professionals at TFT. Arriving a little after 5:00 when they close at 6:00 I didn't really expect much help. But to my surprise Chris (the manager) got my car in almost immediately and took great care of me... and with a smile and good attitude to boot! We got a flat tire on the way to a funeral. Town fair tire was super busy, but Jeremy came right outside with uss and looked at the tire. He couldn't find a hole, so they had to take it to the back. We decided to have them quickly put a spare on. Jake came back to us pretty quickly with the spare on and even said he tried to fix it but also couldn't find the leak quickly. Bought new snow tires last yr was told "just make an appointment and we change them over for free for the life of the tires" Flash forward to today "We're not making appointments for changeovers, only new tire purchases, sorry" So be for warned, they tell you one thing and practice another. Now you are told to leave your car for the entire day and they will get to it. Poor just poor service practices. After waiting about 15 minuets a person came out asked what i came in for told him, then he told me it would be a two hour wait for the car to be serviced. Tires I had tires replaced on my car about a year ago. For one solid year I have been calling them to try to get my tires rotated which is part of their "service". Good luck folks! This is probably the worst service I have ever experienced. I went to tire warehouse pulled in it immediately they rotated my tires and to top it off they didn't charge me. I've been going to them ever cents. I needed my tires rotated today because I'm going away for the weekend tire warehouse was unable to do it today because they were awfully busy. So I thought I'd give it a try call town fair tire to see if I could get my tires rotated not only did I not get my tires rotated but after hanging on the line for about 15 minutes they hung up. Chris, the Manager contacted me and after helping research the situation he took care of the problem. We will continue to do business with them. Not sure what happened to this place. They still have the best prices for tires but once you have all the wheels/tires you need and they rotate or swap out your tires for "free" issues start to happen. The latest for me was they bent a new 19" wheel on my vw r. My advice would be to buy your tires here and then get them rotated elsewhere. It sucks to put bad reviews up but the list of issues we've had with them are long. read more

I have been using TFT in Concord NH for years. I have a great relationship with Jameson. He is very easy to work with and knows his stuff. I called on Saturday and ordered a winter tire package for my son's VW. We settled on a 2pm appointment on Monday. I ran the car through a car wash to get the salt and sand off which was greatly appreciated! 90 minutes later I had a winter tire and wheel package installed and an alignment. Received exceptional and quick tire repair service at a ridiculously low price. Dropped the tire off on a Saturday morning around 9:30-10:00am, received a call and text message around 11am that my repair job was complete. They were able to patch my tire that picked up two road hazard screws; luckily (for me) the screws were far enough apart for them to apply the patches. After months of debate, I finally selected and ordered wheels and tires. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the Manufacturer, not TFT, the wheels came in blemished. Thankfully Chris Usdanovik at this location noticed the issue and addressed it with the manufacture before my scheduled appointment, and had things resolved extremely quickly - I was even able to keep my original install date and time. My new wheels look fantastic on my car, and my car has never performed so well thanks to my new tires; the latter of which were a great recommendation from Chris U. Bought both my summer and winter tires there for good prices. It's a very in and out kind of place. I had quite a few change overs without issue until a few weeks ago when I had them swap my winters for summers. Driving an older ""luxury"" car means my rims have some excess stuff on them like bolt covers and little decorative discs to snap into place at the center of it. They're not hard to remove and put back on, believe me. Unfortunately, in the days after I got my tires switched, two of the discs and several of the bolt covers popped off which is putting me out around $75, $100 depending on where I can find replacement parts for my 25+ year old car. Very disappointed at how carelessly they put them back on. I probably won't be going back there. read more

I brought my freshly painted wheels in to get tires mounted and dealt with Andy. They took good care, making sure not to scratch my rims and did an awesome job. I have been buying tires from TFT for about 3 years now and always had good luck and service. This year I am not satisfied. I brought my truck and work truck tires and rims down on the same day and spent over $2000. A few days after I left I started noticing the steering wheel had unusual play in it and the truck seemed to want to dart to the right. I immediately called TFT and asked if the tires I bought could cause this. The man I spoke with looked it up and told me I had a bad tie rod, he couldn't tell me which one because the technician didn't make note of it. They preformed and charged me for a 4 wheel alignment even though an alignment is pointless on a vehicle with a bad tie rod and they never told me I had a bad tie rod. During this phone call the man told me I could come back for a free one after I got the truck fixed. All of this would've been fine if they had just told me the situation rather than me driving around on my brand new tires until I figured it out. Hopefully this was an honest oversight that they will make sure doesn't happen to anyone else because not only does it start to wear on brand new tires which are not an inexpensive purchase, but it is a safety issue as well. read more
