Walking into a the store there is a BIG sign stating they price match or your tires are free. After doing some research the same tires were $75 cheaper at another competitor. The person behind the counter said that they wouldnt match the price unless I went and got a work order done by them despite this being at Walmart which doesn't do work orders and he REFUSED to price match. Took it up with corporate who issued me a a partial refund. However with the store refusing to honor their own policy I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am contemplating legal action over the principal of them not adhering to their own policy. Stay away from this location and their HORRIBLE management. read more

Great place if you're looking for value. Tell them what you got in mind and they'll give you available options. I never got a "hard sell" tactic or any up sale attempts. I would recommend going there in person about 15 minutes before opening. While i was waiting for my car about 3 or 4 customers came in with an appointment they made online that the store knew nothing about. Not sure if this was a one time glitch or something broken in the online stuff. Very satisfied with the service and prices. Don't get turned off when you come here and don't see lifts. They use jacks. Which is fine as long as the mechanic is careful, which these guys were. read more

This is the worst Tire Warehouse. I've been to hooksett and pinardville which are both better. This is the only location that will turn someone away for random reasons, they *Must replace all tires* and won't help you in a pinch to replace one or two. Won't install tires you find on your own even new. They are always EMPTY and NEVER working. Don't waste your time here! Go to Hooksett! These employees here are slouches and just lazy! read more

I called the Manchester, NH Tire Warehouse yesterday Saturday 9/28/19, spoke to a very nice helpful gentleman who told me that I needed to call the Hooksett store as that is where my son brought the protection plan. He said that I would have an appointment today Sunday 9/29/19 at 11 am. The man here doesn't want to deal with us!!! Won't even look for the note the other gentleman left!!! Not sure how I feel about this place even though the other reviews are all positive. Bought 4 new tires, had them mounted and balanced. Even though they were efficient time wise, I realized when I got home that the rushing to get me back on the road was at the expense of severely scratching, scuffing and denting my aluminum rims. I'm sure they knew they did it, but are not honest about telling me they damaged my rims. Thanks a lot guys! Good thing the car is not brand new or I'd be taking this matter to corporate. Believe me! I had a tire that was destroyed while pulling into a parking space in Portland Maine. I called AAA and they put on donut but said I couldn't drive home to NH. Tommy from AAA put in tire warehouse address in Scarborough Maine. For me. It was only 5 miles. When I got to Tire Warehouse they took me in quickly. They also let me know I didn't have to replace all 4 as in Subaru with AWD if they are worn a certain amount then you do. They even had to go pick my my tire size elsewhere. They did that and had me ready to go home in a 1/2 hour. They were very courteous and accommodating. I have always purchased my tires from other tire warehouses and this one in Maine was a 6 star!!!! read more

Had a terrible experience! I called ahead of time to make an appointment with Tire Warehouse to get two brand new winter tires and have my other two winter tires put on (mounted and balanced). I had also asked for any deals they were giving out as well because it was Black Friday week. They informed me they had the right tires for my car and also offered me a buy 1 tire get 1 half off deal. The final price over the phone came out to be amazing, BUT upon arrival, I was extremely surprised and disappointed to hear they had put in for the wrong tires. In addition to hearing this, the man I had talked to on the phone had "supposedly" offered the wrong deal. The person I spoke to in-person told me the buy 1 tire get 1 half off deal was only with a $300 rebate, which was not mentioned in my phone call. The person on the phone offered me a buy 1 tire get 1 half off with no attached strings. I was unable to get the agreed upon price I was told on the phone when I went in. The offer the guy at the counter gave me was not the same and I was put in a very inconvenient situation. The workers at this place are not informing customers of the most up-to-date offers. They say one thing on the phone and then back out of the deal. This makes it be an extremely unprofessional business and a complete scam. I couldn't have had a worse experience here, and I know I will never go back to this place again. Once was enough. I DO NOT recommend going here. Find a different and better tire service. Overall a great experience at this Tire Warehouse location! Prior to my arrival I spoke with Mike on the phone and he helped me find the best tires for my vehicle that keep the car and myself safe in these tough NH winters. The service was exceptional and fast even on a busy day before a storm, they had my car out to me in under 45 minutes with 4 new tires on. Tires Put On With No Torque Wrench- Used Impact (If there were any ratings lower than One Star, I would have gone for the lowest possible selection- this place just cost me a ton of money due to their error but fortunately not my life.) We had our tires put on our 2009 Subaru Outback and these guys (most younger than 30) did not use a torque wrench- they used an impact (cant do that kiddos!); this was about a month ago. This weekend on the interstate, we thought we were having a flat so we pulled over. We WISH it was a flat! Two studs were sheered off of the rear passenger wheel due to over tightening! Fortunately, the tire did not come off at high speeds and hit someone/something. Tire Warehouse is not accepting any blame or offering to assist in any way- DONT USE THIS COMPANY IN ANY LOCATION!!!!
