I just had excellent service on 2/20/26 around 1:45pm-give or take. The price was what was stated over the phone, plus a few bucks because I did want a few fluids added-normally would do it myself but been working a lot. Anyway, the wait was around what they said over the phone-arguably a little less than a half hour on a busy day-which I was warned about over the phone. The guy who helped couldn't have been nicer...I can only compare it to other places in Mass and one Prompto I went to in Conway area...I will not be getting this done in Mass any more...it's cheaper and better service! Big fan of Prompto -Random Masshole read more

Watch your receipt! I have been a happy customer for years. 3 cars, lots of mileage, always satisfied. Last service, they charged an additional $20 on the credit card over the price of the service ($89.95 instead of $69.95). Noticed it when I got home. Time will tell if this was an honest mistake or something else. Management refunded the difference, but I had to go back to get it. Corporate never responded to a request to discuss (I sent an email to the address in the comment below but nobody replied. The regional manager does not want to learn from this - hence this review). Quick service. All seemed nice enough and were super efficient to get me out of there. Price was good for full synthetic...comparable to others. read more

i asked bill the leader on sat sept 20 at 9-10 am for a $55 oil change, he charged me $71 i was not a happy camper. customer service, out the window. all he said to me was he was sorry. sorry don't give me my money back. not happy with my experience, he needs more training or how to listen to his customers instead of playing with the other employees. too bad i liked bringing my 2 vans for service. might have to go elsewhere? hope you can help? read more

Just had my oil changed at Prompto in Concord NH, usually a very friendly experience since I have been going to Prompto for many years until today!!!! The young man probably the manager was just a bit rude, of course I have a older vehicle and although it does call for full synthetic I choose to put semi synthetic oil since the semi is half the price. The "manager" of course no name tag so I dont know his name quoted me the full syn price and I told him no, I would take the semi. Should have been end of story but no, he had to reiterate that it called for full syn and I said I know but I want semi, then he says well, you can put whatever you want its your vehicle. So I suggested that he stop arguing with me. On top of that, you do stay in your car and always in the past I was instructed on how to clear the oil change warning until today..NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. read more

Great price, quick service, efficient and professional team. Everything you could possibly need from an oil change location. I appreciated the communication of the team and their willingness to accommodate their customers. Overall great experience, would recommend. read more

I was so happy to find this place and my first trip there was perfect. I come back a month later and there's a silly little guy in a big blue stocking cap who could not have been ruder; I behaved like an adult and didn't do something I'd be sorry for but I will never return to this place. I'm really bummed because I love the convenience of the place but not at the cost of being treated poorly. It must be so hard to find good help now, and the others there didn't look comfortable with the way he acted, so I feel badly. He's definitely going to get "an adjustment" from someone someday because of his mouth; until then he should be limited to cleaning the bathroom at McDonalds. In silence, for his safety... read more

Doing a great job! You stay in your car, window down 3" to do necessary communication. I recommend for your oil change needs during the coronavirus pandemic. read more

I have been going here for years but have noticed the quality of service has gone downhill since taken under new management. Waited for 20+ minutes today just to he told they wouldn't help me because I had a ziptie on my hood latch as an extra safety precaution (my car is a bit older) Poor reason to turn down a customer who has been going there for years without an issue. I will not be going back to prompto, unless new management comes in again. read more

Love to come here for my oil changes! As a woman I sometimes worry about being taken advantage of at car repair places. Not with these guys! They never try to sell you anything you don't need. The prices are super reasonable and they carry things like windshield wipers, washer fluid, radiator fluid, air filters and other maintenance products. If I ask if I need something replaced and it doesn't need to be, they will always be honest and try to save you money. They always do a very thorough check and answer any questions or concerns I have. I'm always out of here quickly. The place is always clean. Often my kids are with me, and the guys are always friendly to my children. As a busy mom, it's very helpful to be able to get a quick easy oil change without having to sit and wait several hours like other places. I actually enjoy coming here and know that I will be well taken care of. I also like to leave the guys a $ tip for their coffee fund- after all, they are offering a service. Best place to get an oil change in Concord! read more

Always great service! We have been bringing all of our vehicles here for years for oil changes.

Wish I knew about this place sooner! A great place to get a quick oil change with none of the up-selling they try at the other oil changes places in town like JiffyLube or Valvoline. To be fair, Prompto does not offer the same services like tire rotation or star inspection. However, I go to my trusted mechanic for that stuff. When it comes to oil changes, Prompto is faster, cheaper, friendlier, and more convenient than the competition. read more

Promtu This place was fantastic. I left work and got there at 4:58 when they close at 5pm. I called ahead and they said no problem whatsoever cutting it close. They gladly took me in - serviced my vehicle within literally 10 minutes - and sent me off with 6 quarts of oil for $25. Raf - the manager - had 5 star customer service and was extremely on point. Tyler was kind, quick, and informative. This place rocks. See y'all every 4 months! read more

This place is so fast and is much cheaper than any of those other 10 minute oil change places. Employees are very nice and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Been coming here for a while and I never am going back to those other places such as Valvoline or jiffy lube. read more

Less than one star! Manager tried oversell oil and could not explain why. Then proceeded to put wrong oil in car. Several upcharges for different oil and engine shield making note 3 screws missing. Added up invoice and there was a math error. He calimed it was because I kept changing my mind!! I will pay the extra money to go back to Valvoline. read more

After I brought my Jeep to my usual mechanic for an oil change he came back in the waiting room with a surprise. He was holding two oil filter's and one was smaller than the other by quite a bit. He said somebody gave you the wrong filter on your last change. So that last change would be "Prompto". That's too bad because I've generally had a good experience there. But it doesn't seem worth it if they can't notice the obvious difference's in filters when changing them. read more

Went in for an oil change and though the prices are cheap and they're quick the customer service was definitely lacking. They were rude and brusk. I was not a fan and to be honest my experience today makes me unlikely to use them again. read more

I love this Prompto. The crew are always quick and organzised, working together as a team. They're always up front about costs, and customers are always treated with respect. read more

26.?? And fast service clean, professional, and VALVOLINE 69.?? What a joke for same service! Prompto needs more locations

I would give them two stars for being fast and cheap, but was so appalled at the way I was treated that I am definitely willing to pay more for my oil changes. They were nice enough at first. However, they use EXTREMELY high pressure sales tactics and will not leave you alone! They also lie about what you "need." I was told that my wiper fluid reservoir was "completely empty" by the woman working under my hood. I told her that was not true as I just filled it about a week ago (it had actually been slightly less). She proceeded to tell me that it was definitely empty and that my dipstick didn't lie. I still refused the purchase of the gallon of fluid as I knew that it was not empty. I had just used it on my way to the shop. After that I was treated as incompetent and stupid. I went to pay for my change and handed the guy (who was the supervisor) my AMEX card. He does not even bother to hand it to me, but tosses it back at me claiming "I don't take AMEX. That's why I don't have their sticker." First off, who checks the payment stickers? Especially considering it was not even anywhere in my line of sight. Second, just politely inform me you don't take it, hand the card back, and ask for another form of payment. After that I sat back down while she finished on my car. While I was waiting the supervisor and the woman working on my car proceeded to have a loud conversation about how I obviously didn't know what I was talking about in reference to my wiper fluid and that it is probably like "that lady they had last week, who claimed to have filled up a week ago and then took almost the whole gallon of fluid." Wow! Way to be professional! I understand your goal is to get sales and that you may not make much off just an oil change, but you'll be much more likely to get sales if you approach people with kindness! I've worked in high pressure sales environments for over 10 years and pride myself in making customers comfortable. This place could use a few lessons! I had also planned on purchasing wiper blades from them as I had really been in need of a new pair. After the condescending way in which I was treated I decided to spend my money elsewhere. BTW, I have been happily using my wiper fluid generously for days since being told it was empty and expect that it will continue to maintain me for sometime. And when it is actually empty, as in no fluid shoots out, then I will use one of my on hand gallons to fill it :) read more

Highly recommend this place for someone on a budget. I drive a lot for work so my oil changes come up quick. Jiffy lube and other places on Loudon road still charge me 35-50 bucks for my Nissan sentra's service. They are thorough while being super laid back. 21 bucks. You can't beat it. This place is so fast. No appointment necessary. I'll just roll in and 20 minutes later, you're out. The guys that work there are all nice and so efficient. read more

Sloppy looking staff. Manager was texting and not even paying attention when I was driving out of the bay. I don't like the fact I need to get out of the car. They don't check your tire pressure or lights. They are about 20.00 cheaper than valvoline and you really do get what you pay for. read more

I took my Chevy truck to prompto in Concord NH and they didn't grease it. They said there wasn't any fittings but I did show them to them and then they did, that was a few months ago. Yesterday 1/12 I took my wife's car in they changed the oil and no checking of other fluids as advertised. Didn't wash the windshield nor checked wipers. $50 OIL change I told them they did nothing but change the oil, all they said was sorry sir, and they still didn't check other fluids after I called them on it. I will not go back. It didn't bother them one bit. read more

These guys are good. Very fast service. Never any unnecessary up selling. I trust these guys. Price is the best anywhere...FYI, they always have D'Angelo's coupons on hand for lunch next door after your oil change. read more

only a 15 minute wait time and great service. You must know what type of oil your vehicle takes though. I thought the oil change would be $21.95 but it ended up being $43.00 because of the type of vehicle I had. In fairness to Prompto, they did tell me the cost before I left the vehicle and the costs are listed on their menu board. Again you must know what your vehicle takes so you are not surprised. read more

Awesome service....Extremely fast, very nice guys, don't upsell you and of course, cheap. My whole family and some of my friends and co workers go here now. I recommend them to EVERYONE read more
