If you are almost anywhere in New England, this is THE auto repair shop to trust with your car…read more I'm serious: These are the best auto mechanics we've had the good fortune to discover, anywhere in the U.S. (And I don't say that casually, as we've lived in states from California to Texas to Florida, and had car repairs in all of them.) This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) So, during this trip, we didn't hesitate to call them for an appointment, and make the 2+ hour drive from where we're staying in Maine. Accomplished Auto gave us a next-day appointment. That was a relief! Today, by noon, we knew what needed the most immediate attention, and what could be postponed until we get back to Florida. And, just as important, their prices were very reasonable. This shop's staff are friendly, and the team have that perfect combination of integrity and honesty. They respected our rather tight budget limits, as well. If you are anywhere within a few hours of Concord, New Hampshire, and need car repairs, I recommend Accomplished Auto. It is the very best repair shop my husband and I have ever found.

Went in for a 90k mile check up, I requested the vehicle go through a full inspection and they gave…read morea fair price for new pads and rotors on the front, a rear diff fluid change, and also listed maintenance items that should be completed in the future. But the online experience was great, did not make me feel pressured into saying yes to all of the repairs right at that point in time, and gave me a ballpark price for when I go back to complete those items. Staff was great, same day repairs, pictures of every step of the process done to the vehicle. Will be returning!

While the sales…read moreexperience itself was commendable, the post-sale documentation process has been completely nightmare. I purchased my new Volvo S60 on December 6, 2025, as of January 19, 2026, I have not received my registration and license plates that were to be handled by the dealership as part of their documentation services. I am now making payments on a new vehicle that I cannot legally drive. I have called, emailed, and texted multiple people at the dealership numerous times and have received no resolution, clear timeline, or meaningful follow-up. At this point, the lack of communication and ownership has completely overshadowed what was initially a good buying experience. While Dan Carlen and Ben Carter were professionals to work with during the purchase itself, the breakdown in post-sale process and the Lovering Auto Groups accountability is disappointing and beyond acceptable. Pleasant sales interactions mean very little when basic, legally required paperwork is not delivered and customers are left without answers. If this matter is not resolved immediately, my next step will be to escalate the issue through the BBB.

Nicole was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She stayed in constant communication, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. There were no surprises, no confusion--just a straightforward, easy experience. Buying a car out of state can feel like a gamble, but Nicole made it feel effortless. TLDR; Preacher Pete is awesome. Visit to see what they have…read more Just bought a Wrangler from Preacher Pete. From initial contact with Jeremy to getting connected with Pete to delivery, everything was smooth. Pete was especially awesome and didn't rush me as I crawled under the car and poked around everywhere to check out the car. Even during the test drive, he didn't try to upsell the car. Not to mention, despite not being a Jeep dealership, Pete graciously let me have my first rubber duck, complete with a beanie and sunglasses, and Pete was knowledgeable about the car and even showed us how to use the transfer case shifter. Very easygoing and no high pressure. Even though we came towards the very end of the day on a Friday, not a single person from this dealership that we interacted with had that "oh god we're almost closing and it's Friday and you're here so late" look (or at least if they did, we did not notice it at all!) that we've gotten before. The dealership was clean as well and extra clean bathrooms are always a nice plus. But I'm sure what you care about is price, and that's what brought us to this dealership in the first place too. The market analysis they showed us demonstrated that they really were at the cheapest end in terms of pricing.
