According the internet, they were closed but I called anyway. We are dry camping and have no way to shower or do dishes. Aaron answers the phone right away, said he was close by and said he'd be right over. True to his word, he showed up at our camp site, opened the box where the pump was and found a wire that popped off. Now, I could have found the wire, but I had no idea where it came from. We have had multiple instances where Bryan would stop by to check on things and quickly adjusted something or patched something that needed patching...and we were able to enjoy our time. I am not sure how much importance some people place on not having to know everything about campers. But I do not know everything. In fact, Bryan and Jen have been fixing our camper, as needed, for the past few years and our experience camping has been greatly IMPROVED because we KNOW they care about what others are going through when they are having "camper issues"... we have EXPERIENCED it for hand. Took it on it's first outing to our seasonal rental at well-known family campsite! Day TWO, had to call for service! Had NUMEROUS issues. RV One took the camper for repairs in November 2022. They kept the camper for the winter. Spring came and went. They repeated LIED to us, blaming the manufacturer not covering parts needed. How do we know this? We called Twilight directly. They had no record of parts/warranty requests! NONE! We had a $4,000 spring seasonal rental (April-June) at our preferred campsite... STILL NO CAMPER! NUMEROUS unreturned calls. Blame shifting between departments. Repeated LIES. All the while, we've been making payments on a brand new $70,000 camper we haven't seen or been able to use, since November of last year... plus paying for the seasonal rental that we never stepped foot on! It's now JULY, 2023! The water damage from the faulty unit has been sitting for almost a year! The ONLY thing enjoying the camper, is the MOLD that's obviously taking up residence in it! Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY AT. ALL. COST.
