Promising me delivery the next day (Thursday). Thursday rolls around and I call to confirm as I did the previous day. Only to be told the driver WON'T be able to deliver since it will put him out of his usual route. He (Luis) apologizes and swears up a down that his word is good. Even though Monday he made a promise he couldn't keep. So I call my mechanic and tell him the bad news. He's already upset since we missed the Wednesday "alleged" delivery date. Friday I call and speak with him again and he says, I thought we delivered it yesterday. I'm my head I'm like is he serious? He apologized and told me Friday. I wait on hold and he says, it's been delivered yesterday. I said are you sure? He says yes. I called mechanic and he confirms it was delivered late in the day prior. So why the hell would Bow Auto Parts apologize to me and not even tell me. Hey btw, we got it there for you. If I had to do it again I'd probably seek another place. Proceed with caution.

I needed a BCM for a 96 Jeep. I was advised that it could be returned if it was incompatible with my Jeep. Turns out that I didn't need the part itself, nor could I install it anyway because it would have changed my mileage, AND I would have had to have replaced or reprogrammed the chip I'm my keys. (I was advised of none of this by Herbert's) The day I took it in, with the receipt in hand, to return the part I was advised that they wouldn't return it because it had been obviously tampered with, I was given some B.S. about how they mark their plugs and this one didn't have any of their markings on them, the case itself was pointed out and the guy behind the counter told me it was obviously tampered with, he could tell by looking at it... Then came the giant lie... The same guy that sold me the part in Jan tells me "but even if it wasn't, we can't return stuff like this anyway, we don't have a return policy for computers and brain boxes" I know for a fact the bcm was not tampered with and while pointing this out to the staff and trying to ask clarifying questions I was brushed off and treated like I was trying to scam them. I warned my mechanic that they just accused him of being a thief and he assures me they will not get his companies business anymore. I will NEVER buy another part from them, EVER. We went to our demo excited to pick up our camper and start making memories. The tech doing our demo, while nice, was not knowledgeable about our camper and on multiple occasions pointed us in the direction of Google and YouTube. We got the trailer home and it was time to unhitch it from our truck. The jack stopped working due to the battery not being fully connected- something we assumed they would have made sure was completed. There was also water found within the inline fuse making it soaking wet. That was not the end. While putting the slide out we blew a fuse and had to replace them. There was also cracks in the molding we were assured would be fixed but it wasn't. Once we were finally able to get inside, things continued to get worse. There were cobwebs all over the place, leftover food in the microwave and grill from previous owners, a dead spider in the bed among other issues. It took over two hours to clean what we expected and were told would be done prior to picking the camper up. We reached out to both the salesman and finance manager we worked with as surely this couldn't be the level of customer service they feel is appropriate. We were given their sincerest apologies and assured our feedback would be used to train staff. When our battery died during this time period they offered to replace it. Unfortunately that was not the end of our bad experience. While preparing for our first trip we had to stop at a dump station as there was waste in the black tank that hadn't been emptied. On that first camping trip the front half of the underbelly of camper peeled off. This was another concern that we noted when looking at the camper and were assured that it would be taken care of and was "fine". Instead of being able to enjoy our camper we purchased, all enthusiasm has been taken from us as we worry and stress about what's going to happen next and what else might not have been caught by us or by Cold Springs staff when they allegedly inspected the camper.  If you buy a used camper from Cold Springs PLEASE do your due diligence to make sure the camper is inspected fully and the work you were told would be done is completed.

These campers are more like trailer homes! Big beds and bathrooms! AC, full kitchens, and flt screen TVs! The sales man, George, was friendly, and showed us all that we wanted to see. No pressure and its all good. We may be back, we may not, but glad we stopped by to check out campers and they won our trust.
