Took my truck in for bent rails on bed. Told it would cost roughly 4G to replace the bedsides and decals along with paint agreed with price and work was done. 4 months later the paint is bubbling aroundthe passenger rear tire. Took it back and was told there was nothing they could do as it was a repair not a replacement. That's a lie not what I was quoted I will never go to this shop again and recommend no one else does either read more

Big thanks to Bump & Grind Auto Body! The silver center plastic on the door handle of my truck (RAM 1500) fell out. No easy way to fix it other than replacing the entire handle. Found the replacment handle (pre-painted) online and ordered it. Once I receved the part, went to Bump & Grind they said yes they could do the install. The schedule was open and to drop it off the next day. Just picked up my truck and the handle was replaced! Easy job for them i'm sure. The only unfortunate thing is they didnt get to utilize any Bumping nor Grinding skills but thats ok. Thanks again! read more

My car, my baby, was in an accident and I went to Bump and Grind for an insurance estimate of the damage, and then repairs. The frame was bent and pointed out, yet they said it wasn't, but it is. They did not complete their own line items on the estimate. I had to remove and bring another portion of the car that they neglected to fix, only to pick it up and find they did not treat the back of the piece as they should have, which would have been to prime it. I was told to paint bomb it myself. Normally insurance jobs especially, are looked over w a fine tooth comb to be sure all and then some is rectified. I will not recommend, or return. read more

They are outrageously priced for tows and then steal your money by charging you for storage on days they are closed and you can't get your vehicle. Car was towed on a saturday at 10pm and they charged 3 days storage when picked up when they open at 8am on Monday. They are dishonest. read more

My vehicle was drop off February 6th. It took them 4 weeks for them to totally finish my truck. I kept calling them to see when it will be done and they told me that they are waiting for a part. That was like a week to 10 days. When I picked up my truck the inside on the door had dirt/mud on it, steering wheel was all gritty, in the bed of the truck was trash from Duncan donuts. Another complaint about the insane price gouging at this business. Kingston PD should be ashamed of themselves for utilizing them for accident towing. Accident at 5pm. Cop told my daughter not to call AAA due to time so car was on flatbed when I got there. Kid on scene was great. Owner was a nightmare. I was there at opening. They wanted $470! $185 for tow, $75 for scene clean up (there was nothing to clean), $40 for storage, $75 for labor (!!!) and $95 to unlock a gate for the AAA tow truck (gate was wide open). Everyone was a total pleasure to deal with and these guys are perfectionists, just like I am. My almost new and top of the line Lexus model was in an awful accident and I was apprehensive, but they assured me my SUV would be repaired to meet my exacting standards. They were true to their word; when they were finished my Lexus looked, and performed, exactly like the day I got it at the dealership when it was brand new. Perfect! On the way to a campground, a tire and wheel came off my trailer, severed the lug bolts, and flattened two tires. I was stuck away from home, and did not know who to call. After a few calls, I was referred to Bump & Grind. Even though I was 20 miles away from them, they responded immediately with the tools needed to fix the problem, got a new tire from another store, helped with mounting that tire and my spare, and all this was done while it was torrential downpours. They were a true lifesaver. In fact, over the week that I was camping, they found a new rim and tire for a new spare, and remounted it on my way back home, as well as check pressures in all other tires. I cannot thank Roger and Sean enough for their professionalism and their speed. And even though I was I a strange land, I felt they treated me fairly and gave me a lot of service for the price. These guys did a fine job on the body work, but were a little difficult to deal with for someone who work out of town - they were unwilling to take a credit card payment or leave the car so I could pick it up after hours. They kept me informed of the process, and allowed us to pay by credit card via phone so we could get our truck after hours. The paint match was perfect. Surprise.... It was spotless detailed inside and out....looking brand new! They go the extra miles to make sure you leave happy. The owner has been in business successfully for over 40 years, and he gives interns from the local vocational school an opportunity to learn on the job. Car broke down and local PD had it towed by Bump & Grind as they are the contracted towing company for the town of Kingston NH. They are using this to price gouge and the "customer" is powerless to do anything. The normal price for the same tow in this quiet rural area is $85. They initially said the charge would be $220, cash. After correcting the charge for an extra day storage and a discount they "only" charged us $150. This is just wrong at every level. This is price gouging. Shame on the town of Kingston for allowing this continue given the predatory practices of this business. If they are so unethical as to gouge folks like me one can only assume that they will do the same with their other customers. Who knows what corners they are cutting when doing body repair work. Honest businesses are honest even when they could get away with dishonesty. I had a brand new car with only 4,000 miles on it. I was without a car for six weeks, originally being told it would be two weeks. Every time they told me my car would be finished, of course it was pushed off even longer. They didn't use all OEM genuine parts for things like a horn and some fans in the engine that we've seen. The body work looks good except for some mistakes on color in a side vent. It's been more then a month that I've had my car back now and we're still finding things wrong such as the water pump and thermostat gasket leaking. Since the repairs from Bump and Grind, we have found nearly $6000 more worth of repairs. read more
