Excellence from start to finish! I brought my car in for auto body work that I was paying for out of pocket. I came in first for an estimate, the second estimate I had gotten, and my choice was clear right away this is the auto body shop for me. Professional, straight-forward, fast service, and easy to talk to, Derek went through each item on the estimate and showed me on my car what he would be repairing and why and answered all my questions. I felt no pressure whatsoever and no one rushed me to make decisions even though I could tell it's a busy shop. They even arranged a rental car for me then and there when I decided I wanted one to be on the safe side to drive a long distance to a commitment I had that evening. Since I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I said I want my car to be safe and pass inspection but it doesn't have to look like new. The car was repaired and ready when they said it would be, and it looks fantastic! Derek said they found some more damage underneath the car and they repaired it and my car was still ready on time at the estimated cost! And they went another extra step and even cleaned the car inside! Truly, they made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be and I left with my car looking great inside and out. Well, I did it....I backed right out of the garage like I have been for the last 20 years...right into my husbands parked truck!! I told him that he shouldn't have parked there.....(to the tune of $3500) LOL! Anyway, I brought it to Committed Collision and the way they did things was amazing. I did have to wait a little longer due to parts not being available but that's a given these days. There was also a huge rust spot on my driver's side door that you couldn't see. After they sent a picture to me I was surprised but needed a new door. They found a used door for me and saved me a lot of money. I was grateful when I picked up the car as I had forgotten I had expensive jewelry I had taken off prior to a doctor appt. They put it in a clear bag and called to let me know. I found there customer service impeccable. Truly, never have I ever had such great customer service. I know that our cars are our livelihood and they are important to us. Yeah, it took a bit longer but so worth it!! Oh, and to the snotty lady at the front desk who complained and was loud, I was there, you were plain ole' mean!! Love, love, love this business. Had a serious car accident and they handled EVERYTHING! I mean everything. They got me a rental and made me feel confident about keeping my car. They provided all the expertise in handling the paperwork from the insurance company right down to the original color of the paint my car had. My car had been painted previously with a special paint and some art work...it came out better than it did the first time. I am truly grateful that the art was not lost for Committed Collision...Derrick was awesome! After the recent noreaster had damage to the hood of brand new Rogue from tree branches falling and resulting in deep gouges and complete shift of hood alignment. Thru insurance this was the place referred. The estimate was same day, the detail and professionalism was exceptional regarding the claim. They even arranged for loaner rental and then repaired the vehicle in 4 days including the fantastic paint match and blend. This is a "premier" auto repair facility. They even helped in the replacement of a license plate bracket that was faulty. This is the place for accurate, reasonable, and exceptional service and repair! Most amazing repair shop I've ever dealt with. Derek took all of the stress and worries off my shoulders and even had my rental car set up and waiting for me when I dropped my car off.
