I scheduled 2 of our vehicles for inspections and repairs and was blown away by the communication, the education, and the value. All auto repairs can be sticker shock inducing, however the people at Committed Collision were able to explain the reasoning behind their recommended repairs. They also allowed for me to take my vehicle elsewhere to go out for a second opinion. No pressure, just calm reasoning. I felt very comfortable with their service. I will be going back and recommend others do as well.

He mixed the paint there and it is a perfect match. I didn't replace the entire piece but you can't even tell there was once open metal. I went to many places getting quotes and didn't want to buy everything brand new which might have cost me more than double. I really just wanted it touched up. Well it really does look brand new. My Hyundai broke down on the way home (Boston) from Maine, right in front of the tolls in Hampton on 95 in the middle of a Saturday night. The clutch wouldn't engage, and therefore I could not get the car into gear. I had it towed to Hampton Ford/Hyundai, dropped off the key, and waited until Monday morning. When they called, they said they needed to replace the clutch disk and bearings, for $1300+, as well as some brake work for $500-$600, and some service stuff we'd already had done for another few hundred. I found Booker's through an internet search and they said they'd get back to me. Before they could, I called both places and asked them to email an estimate. From the big car dealership, I got basically a text email with no details. From Bookers, I got a pdf of an official estimate, which totaled about $1250 for all of it, brakes and clutch. We asked them to tow the car from the dealership, which they did for basically nothing. It took about as long as it would have at the dealership. When we went to pick it up, we got a little lost and arrived a little after 5 (we had called ahead). They were polite and waited for us. We talked to the man behind the counter, who was friendly and helpful. The whole experience there was pleasant and quick, which was just what we needed. Booker's helped turn what started as a terrible situation into a much less terrible situation. It's never pleasant to have to get work done in your car, especially in an area you don't know, but having someone treat you well and not take advantage of you when you are obviously in a bad situation is a breath of fresh air, especially in this age of mechanics. If you live in the area, or if you ever find yourself broken down anywhere near Hampton, NH, go to Booker's. They deserve it!
