He called his boss who lived right around the corner to deliver a jack needed to lift the car and reset the tire properly. Mike came and assisted with the lift and resetting the tire on his day off. I was so appreciative they went above and beyond so my car damage didn't get damaged anymore. They assisted me with two additional tows through this ordeal and everyone from the owner down to the office staff have been wonderful to work with. I then wrote a complaint to the NH Dept. of Safety, who sent an inspector, finding that the shop inspector failed the front brakes unnecessarily. The mechanic stated he would reach out to me to "work something out" -- and then didn't. I wrote another letter asking to be reimbursed. Again I was ignored.
