At the…read morequoting stage I was told that in addition to the couple of spots that required painting the entire panel in order to match the paint, they would also take care of the small knicks and scratches around the car, but when I got the car back none of the knicks and scratches were taken care of. The reason given was that the painter "ran out of paint". How ridiculous is that for a paint shop? They offered to take care of it if I would drop off the car for another day the following week, but that wasn't feasible. So, eventually the manager offered to refund a couple of hundred dollars. Please ensure that the scope of work is properly documented prior to letting this Maaco location do the job.
