Was hit in the rear of my 2018 Nissan Maxima. Progressive insurance recommended Key Collision in Salem NH. They were professional and empathetic. They were all about accommodating me and when I dropped car off for repairs they helped to arrange a rental car brought right to their location. They worked with me and the insurance company to make sure everything was done properly and economically. When I picked up the car everything they repaired looked like new with no evidence of the rear damage,. In particular Tim at the front desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Overall they took the stress out of being in automobile accident. Would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

My truck was at this place for a bumper replacement! These guys are horrible. I own a 2022 Ford F 150 with last then 5000 miles. They kept my truck for a full week, from 12/5 to 12/9/22. When I arrived i went outside to check the job that they had done. OMG I could not believe how bad was it. The front desk and the manager came out and agreed with me. They offer to keep the truck until Monday to fix. I told them keep $250 and when the truck comes back to be repaired I will than pay you the other $250. He said NO and took my truck keys inside. I asked him are you keeping my truck hostage? THEY COMPLETE SUCK. I'll be taking them to court!! read more

Customer service is abysmal. Called on multiple occasions just to be put on hold for over 5 minutes and no one returned to the line. After 4 weeks, I was told my vehicle would be ready later same day and that I would be contacted. I was never contacted. Went in person and was told that the vehicle would be ready the following week. Was lied to without any explanation. Once vehicle was delivered complete, both front tires were below 25psi with the tire sensor light indicator on the dashboard lit. The front directional was not connected as well. Rush job. Front desk person scripted like a parrot the policy if the returned vehicle has any issues. Geico has a contract with this shop. You are stuck with this place if you have them for insurance. Would not recommend this shop at all. Rush job at the last minute with failed quality. Customer service is typical low class. read more

had my 2020 ranger there twice. the first time theu screwed up the wiring on my truck cap and blamed me.BROUGHT IT TO CAP WORLD where they fixed fo4r zero dollars, then like a fool was hit again went back during those 2 times they stole my spare 19 inch spare with firestone rubber,the thiefs replaced it thinking Iwouldnt figure it out well I did. they switched it with a 16 inch rim with the wrong size tire. said they took pics of it after the fact. do not bring your car or truck there. my Ford dealer in salem said they have have a few cars come in with shabby work. wow. wish I would have checked with the dealer before I went to those narcissit thiefs read more

We were very impressed with Key Collision of Salem. While our vehicle was being repaired, they kept in contact with updates. Office personnel were courteous and always responded to any questions. The WORST!!! they held my car hostage for 2 1/2 weeks then to add insult to injury they returned it misaligned and with SPARE PARTS!!! My truck got hit on the passenger side and I needed that whole side replaced. They got me in the next day. They gave me a rental for the duration of the repair which took 2 weeks. The workmanship looks great! Paint matches perfectly. They even replaced my aftermarket parts too. I got my truck back with the inside cleaner than when I dropped it off. My suggestion to customers complaining about the time frame; be realistic in your expectations for how long the repair will take. read more

Fingers crossed I never get into another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where to go. I have had two vehicles repaired after 2 accidents in the past few years. Both times were through insurance and super successful. Tim at the front desk couldn't have been any more helpful with both of my repairs. I have a pretty new Ford Taurus and had an accident. Because my car is new I initially wanted the repairs done at a Ford Dealer. However, being a Geico customer, I was given various options for repair, which included picking my own body shop or choosing one of Geico's, some of which allow you to pick up the rental at the shop the vehicle is being dropped off at. After much hemming and hawing, I decided to go to Key Collision where I could drop off my car, pick up my rental, and eliminate the need to bicker back and forth with the insurance company over repair costs. I am very pleased with the work completed. The staff was very professional and friendly. I received daily texts or calls regarding the progress on my car. Additionally, when I brought my car to the shop, I brought another small issue, that was not related to the accident, to the attention of the shop. They fixed it without blinking an eye! My car was ready a day later than originally planned, however, that's reality......parts don't come in, things happen. So regarding those writing reviews complaining their car was not ready the next day.....get a grip. It's not an exact science and sometimes things just don't go as planned...imagine that, life is not perfect! Great job Key Collision. read more

I went here through my insurance. The customer service at the front was rude and inattentive. They did not have a rental ready for me till 3 hours after my appointment, they then took 2 and a half weeks to fix my car and further charged me for my rental that was completely paid for by Geico (I then got refunded with a quick phone call). Regardless this place was a huge waste of time, will never go back. read more

Horrible. Haven't gotten my car back yet, dropped off on a Tuesday. Was supposed to be ready Friday(the holiday weekend) called at 2, said it would be ready at 5. Waited all day, could have beaten 3 hours of traffic. They never called. Called at 5, got the answering machine. Now it's Tuesday, a full week for a cracked bumper...I received a text at 8 am saying my car is completed and "ready to go home" Showed up to pick up my car, I'm told it is still not ready. Meanwhile in the waiting room another guy is bringing his car back because of tape lines in the body work. I only hope the body work is good because the rest of the service is a joke. I will never give them my business again and wouldn't suggest that anyone else brings it to them as well. had one vehicle stolen from them and then got a second vehicle back with problems it didn't have before it was brought to them. They took a ridiculously long time with bj oth of them (over 2 weeks each) I was lied to several times about their progress with both vehicles. I'm still dealing with the new found problems in the vehicle that was recently returned to me, my insurance company had actually had to step in to get them to fix what they missed, messed up and neglected to fix after they were already paid. Brought my car in for repair as someone with Geico backed into it damaging the quarter panel, taillight and bumper. Geico gave them as a choice and I didn't care either way so picked them as they were close. First off, the entire process was a complete breeze. They were as friendly as possible, very accommodating. I missed my first appointment because of the recent blackouts in the area. No problems rescheduling. Finally dropped my car off. They had upgraded me to a brand new Mustang Convertible as a courtesy since my car is a decent sports car itself. Was very psyched. Now the best part. The work they did was flawless everything looked perfect however just as I was about to show the tech a bunch of tree sap stains to ask how to remove them I noticed that they were ALL GONE. Not only had they washed the car inside and out but they spent the time and material to remove every single stain on the entire body. The car, no lie, looks BETTER than when I bought it. Repair went a week longer than promised and when I picked up the truck it is full of dust and dirt. Seats and doors are filled with dust. They offered to vacuum it which doesn't help. Noticed none of the cars being worked on had door sealed as promised. Attitude of person at desk was indifferent and seemed to be annoyed after making me stand there for 10 min. read more

They have a very simple mission: To provide a satisfactory customer service experience, something which they have failed to achieve. They generate expectations that they are simply not able to fulfill, later excusing themselves by stating that what they do "is not an exact science". However, that statement does not excuse them continuously pushing my car's pick up date further and further back for several days, and then failing to inform me that it would *again* not be ready that day until after I had already been at the establishment talking to one of the customer service about how unsatisfactory this experience had become. Do not recommend unless you don't care about being strung around with false expectations and estimated completion dates, and have no need of your vehicle for 2 weeks minimum. read more

This place just sucks. Plain and simple. I have unfortunately gone to this place a few times recently due to a string of bad luck with my car. They always say it will be done before it actually is. They often tell you your car is ready when it isn't. Hey have also told me they will call back and then never do. They have also set up appointments with me and then don't have the paperwork ready when I show up. There was one instance where the woman at the front desk asked me what day I was coming multiple times while on one phone call and then called me back the next day to ask me again. This place has just been frustrating every step of the way and I WILL NOT be giving them my business EVER again. read more

Work was ok but communication was horrible. Told I would get updates on car every Tuesday and Thursday. Had my car for over two weeks and they never called I had to call them. Had to bring car back for piece of work that was missed. Got a call saying car was ready. Go to pick it up and they say "who called you?? car is not ready". Messages to call me were not returned. Terrible service with multiple delays. I brought my car in on Tuesday, June 27, for what was to be a two day repair. It's been over a week, and it is still not done. I was told on more than one occasion it would be ready "tomorrow" and just got another text with the same message. I told them I was moving to FL when I brought the car in and needed it right away. The assured me there would be no problem. No one returns phone calls or gives any information. I was forced to use this company by my insurance company, and that is my next call. This was the 4th place I went to to get my cracked bumper fixed. The first three didn't work out because, luckily I learned that what they were offering was overpriced and unscrupulous. Geico referred me to Key Collision and the process has been seamless.
